Just ordered a large ice coffee and hotcakes. But when I get it, it’s not like normal large size I got before. So I asked her is it the large ice coffee you gave it to me. She said YES. But when I got back to my place. I found out it’s NOT. It’s a medium size. Really ?

They debit card got charged for the people behind me and I have been trying to get my money back for a month now to no avail.I have contacted corporate twice and still haven't had this issue resolved.Warning, don't use a debit card here!!

I've been a McDonald's customer for over 45 years and have been to locations all over the United States and even in Brazil. I wish I could give this location a higher rating (because it is closest to me) but I cannot. I am too familiar with locations that are kept spotless and where staff cares about the food they are preparing.Too many times I have come to this location on a McMuffin run and gotten home to find the bread was rock hard from being prepped and sitting too long.Big Macs are poorly assembled (like they were thrown together) with the bun and half of the burger sliding off into one corner of the box.The soda dispenser is never really clean (it looks wiped down) but never really deep cleaned (avoid the hassle and ask them to do your drink with the dispenser behind the counter).I like the kiosk ordering system - BUT - if the kiosk is out of receipt paper, it seems like no one knows how to do a reprint (just ask for a manager and cross your fingers).McDonald's fries are renowned for their quality, crunch, and salty flavor! At this location, the fries taste like the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed and frequently, they are served over-salted or with no salt at all.The drive thru crew at this location is sometimes on the ball and can get you thru in no time at all... However, more often than not, it will take minutes before someone even acknowledges you at the menu, then you will likely be behind two or three cars trying to pay, and once you get through all that mess, you really need to open the bags while at the window to verify that your order is correct and fresh! Don't be afraid to confirm your order... After all, you already paid for it!If you dine in, I recommend doing so in the slower hours. When it gets busy, they have a very challenging time keeping tables and chairs wiped down and clean.I truly want this restaurant to live up to McDonald's reputation for excellence but there's just too much ego at the drive thru and behind the counter. Because of the frequent let downs, I have stopped going to this location and will drive twice the distance for something more consistent and agreeable.

Upon entering the empty dining room, we received no greeting as the staff was engrossed in discussions. While placing an order at the kiosk with a small child, we took note of the unkempt state of the dining area, evident from the leftover trash and debris. After 20 minutes, my simple order of a kids meal, medium fry, and a coke was finally prepared. Despite the kiosk's promise of table service, I had to retrieve the order myself, as a staff member mentioned she wouldn't bring it to my table. It may be beneficial to consider retraining the staff for better customer service.
