Kyle helped my fiancé and I purchase a new mattress this weekend. He was very friendly, provided clear answers to my questions and wasn’t pushing us to buy anything. I went in not expecting to buy a mattress directly from mattress firm but Kyle’s help is the reason I did. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested.

My experience shopping here was very pleasant. Purchasing a mattress is a large investment, but Jacqueline was my “sleep expert,” and she walked me through the process. She was patient from the start—She allowed me to ask my questions, she didn’t pressure me, and even worked out a deal on a previous sale! I was so grateful for her help. I am still within my 120-day sleep trial with the mattress I purchased (BeautyRest PressureSmart), but should I decide it’s not the right fit, I know that this store will do their best to find me something I’m satisfied with.
