The attitudes in that place at Labcorp is ridiculous. I went twice and both times back to back they acted like they didn’t want to help me at all. If you don’t want to help people then healthcare isn’t for you. Avoid this location.

I went December 4th at 3:30. Avoid this location! No one here wants to help you, especially when it’s 15 minutes to closing. They wouldn’t draw my labs because my doctor had also ordered a stool test. They said they couldn’t give me the collection kit because “it would change the doctor’s order” (what???). The staff was unhelpful, rude, uncaring and unprofessional. And the work stations were disgusting. Old alcohol wipes and bandages overflowing all the trash cans and scattered all over the floor. Go somewhere else!

The absolute worst. First I was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. Then I made it to my appointment and because I didn’t have a print out of the requisition ( I had a pdf copy on my phone) they told me that they wouldn’t allow me to email it nor would they print. There were six people in that little office all having the best, unprofessional time ever whilst I’m out front struggling with the Walgreens kiosk trying unsuccessfully to print out a requisition. This is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. It should not be this difficult nor this time consuming to get a blood test. If I could give this company zero stars I would. HORRIBLE STAFF. And UNPROFESSIONAL. And why do you need six people in an office to take blood? The room was claustrophobic with Loud personal conversations just being yammered without any regard for the customer. I went November 30tj - 3pm appointment. I would NEVER come to this location again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Already checked in for a drug screen and they told me I needed to come back over an hour later. Horrible attitude from the staff, wouldn’t come here ever. Second lady I talked to was even ruder than the first. I really wish I could give this place zero stars and the staff -5.

You need a photo id, even for a minor child, to have labs done here. After driving back home to get my kid's id, check in and drawing blood for labs took less than 15 mins. The lab techs were very friendly and professional. It would be nice if the check in system could give you an estimated wait time, but overall, this was about as positive an experience as one could have going in for labs.

You are better off to drive 30 minutes to the Atlanta location. They are rude and open 20 minutes late.

Rude very unprofessional, loud and boisterous. Arrived @ 12:20 was told had to comeback at 1:30 because they were closed for lunch.Will never use this location again.

My experience at this location is always good! I forgot his name, but the black guy with the dread locs in the back is always nice and always gives great vibes! I definitely give 5 stars!

I had bloodwork done. no problems! Glad I gave it a shot despite the neg reviews. Everyone was nice/professional and I was in and out in 15 min.

Service was horrible, rudeness. Employee complained while helping customer at the window. Was. No help to patient trying to understand what was needed when the patient didnt recieve anything but a confirmation email for what the appointment was for.

Was not open Saturday as promised, which caused me to miss my testing deadline. Errors like this can cost some people their careers.

Today I’m giving five stars to both Leticia and Kenydi for their superior level of professional, friendly demeanors and exceptional customer service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. This was a great first time experience. I would definitely recommend this location.
