I’ve been going to LA Fitness for years and this is my favorite club. The general manager, Cody, was so helpful and all other personnel have been great. The gym is so clean and equipment is well managed and never really broken.

The LA Fitness of Tucker, GA should win an award for being the most disgusting. Filthy locker room bathrooms, showers, and floors. They also need to control member behavior. Want a clean one? Go to Marietta.

Really gross. Everything, was very dirty from the pool, Jacuzzi, windows & the shower was the worst, there was hair and mold everywhere. Definitely do not come to this location.

By far the filthiest, smelliest and unsanitary LA FITNESS I have ever seen. Matter fact, this is by far the filthiest, smelliest and unsanitary place I have ever seen. The men’s locker room demands a deep cleaning. Especially the shower area. You’d think cleanliness would be top priority. Apparently not.

Absolutely great service. I was with an employee named Cody and was signing up for the week long guest pass. I’m about to go to college in a week and a half. Cody set me up for a 17 day pass. The Northlake area is great for customer service.

Cody is super helpful. This gym has always has been a great, clean place to work out and they have great classes. I’ve been a member for years and love the staff.

Signed up for a 3 day free trial (on Thursday) and on the third day (Saturday) they told me it was expired without any explanation. Poor customer service.
