If I could give less than one star at this point I would. I’ve been shopping here for two years. I’m done. The customer service has gone way down. There are never any carts in the store on a Sunday morning. The shelves are stocked like crap and the employees are rude.

This location in Coffer Crossing is the best. If you say hello to any employee in any department,they speak back with a smile. I live closer to another location but the staff, and management at the Tucker store make me feel like they want me to be there in the Tucker location.Another thing, I could ask for help from an employee in a different department, they go above and beyond to help me. Even if they don’t work in that department. ❤️Tucker Kroger

The store manager Christina?? Extremely rude called the police on me for inquiring on why carts were never at the entrance. She called the police less than 2 minutes of me politely asking while I had a child. The police refused to take my ID when I offered so I assume they just freely call the police even if no crime has occurred. Safwaan at the fuel center acts like he runs the place, uses profanity towards guests. I call ahead to see if he’s on staff to avoid him totally or the old managers would go to the fuel center to help me. Just ghetto. So now I travel to Lavista. Ms Anita was so good miss her.

Definitely drive an extra thirty minutes and go to any other Kroger than this one. Management is lazy and so are the employees. Customer service is never open even though they have 4 employees just chilling at the front. Gave this kroger a second chance and was the worst mistake.

They’re very rude & nasty towards me i was in the store last month and I was just waiting on somebody to ring me up & nobody would come so I left my belongings and walked out the store then a young lady name Kayla she was at register 9 she ran up towards me & said is everything ok ma’am I said no she said get your things & come to my line her she was very sweet & kind towards me & was very respectful any time I go in Kroger’s im looking for her

Clean store. Not sure if I like the new floor plan or not. They need to hire or train more cashiers. People waiting and only one cashier.

10 people in line for a few self-checkouts..1 other checkout open..waited 20 minutes in line.. Also, the bathroom was awful.. I asked someone why there was no checkout open and she said people left early 🙄
Avoid this store, especially on Sunday afternoon.

I spend $150 in diesel at this kroger has station every 3 days. I asked to use the restroom. They are not out of order. The employee said it was closed just because she had started to mop. Peace of crap customer service. This the 3rd encounter with this lady she always has a dam attitude. Thanks kroger for not letting me use the bathroom for 30 seconds after i spend my money here Every 2 days and i cant use the bathroom for 30 seconds.

My complaint is not against this particular store, it's against Kroger overall. Their self-checkout software absolutely SUCKS. You scan your Kroger card and in a friendly voice it says "Welcome valued customer". Then the first actual item you scan it changes tone to sound accusing "Place item in bagging area, then scan next item". The past several times I finish scanning all my items and it goes to the "Help is on the way" mode. Then someone has to come review my items because the stupid software thinks I stole something. It pops a video up of me scanning my items that the person has to watch! I have NEVER had this sort of experience at Publix. Never. Kroger really needs to fix the self-checkout experience.

I always find what I'm looking for and whoever helps me with my purchase has acceptable prices.
Everything clean, good treatment ?? I can buy money order and pay the current....?? also meat products, vegetables, fruits and much more

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Only one cashier. I helped bag, no bagger, when the cashier finished, I paid, and she pushed the rest of my groceries down to me so I could finish bagging! She started the next order and never offered to help me bag! I will NEVER go back to that Kroger.
