The first time I made an online purchase with Kroger and will now be the last time. I ordered champagne to be picked up this morning for my event tomorrow. They called me and didn’t say anything and I thought it was a scam so I did not answer them after they called me again. Instead of waiting on me to call back about my order they decided to cancel the whole thing. Now my money is in limbo and will not be back on my card for 14 days. I have a mimosas event in the morning with tons of press and important people and now I have no champagne to give my guests because that was the last of my money. My event has been ruined all because an employee made a decision about my order without consulting with me first. They didn’t try to offer me anything. I have spent months planning this and now I will have to cancel because Kroger decided to do what they wanted to do with my money. The funny part is my order wasn’t supposed to be picked up until 10 am and they cancelled it at 8:30 am and they could have given my what they had instead of messing my whole event up as well as now my reputation will be diminished as I can’t provide what I promised to my guestsZ Horrible Business Practices. Never Again will I ever use them.

Fix the shopping cart security issue! It’s very annoying that everytime I come here the cart locks up when trying to leave out the door! One lady even hurt her leg because of this. Smh ridiculous!!!

Great service and everything you need. Produce was fresh, the deli bakery was as well. The only issue was the layout of the store was different from any I have been to.

No one wants to take your shopping carts. So the extra theft measures are ridiculous as is the huge bruise on my shin when I exited on the cart slammed to a halt. Thanks for that by the way.

Older Kroger with cramped aisles and physical plant in need of an upgrade. Fortunately the lines are not long as they have updated checkout with many more self-checkout registers

Bought the tri pepper bag and there was a lady bug ...i let it out on my deck.. then I see WHY IT WAS ORANGE.. the orange has been eaten up..EEWWW???
UPDATE ! mgr. Refunded cost of peppers and let me get another tri pepper pack?

This is one of my favorite Krogers because it's not so large that you're exhausted from walking around it. This makes it easier to find things and even though it's an older store, it's clean. The employees were friendly and helpful, my shopping experience was pleasant.
