I'm uncertain about what has happened to this office. We have a commercial policy that this office generated in 2017. All of a sudden (2024), they no longer service commercial accounts? Why is your office still attached to the policy?
Rita transferred me to some random man vs the actual commercial department. I don't know - I'm looking for a new agent at this point [June 2024]. Unhelpful and disappointing indeed.
