Crystal Jennings, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful during my recent visit. I needed to reschedule a second opinion appointment with an orthopedic doctor for my left knee, and she guided me through every step of the process. Additionally, when the doctor had left the building, Crystal went above and beyond by sending a direct message on my behalf to ensure my concerns were addressed promptly. Her assistance was invaluable, and her willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated. She even took the initiative to ask if there was anything else she could assist me with. Overall, Crystal's exceptional service and dedication made my experience at the clinic a positive one.

Kaiser has been great to me with my sarcoidosis to that of any aftercare/treatments that have been given. The Southwood Pulmonary Team/Emory St Joseph Chamblee Dunwoody and the Crescent Center Podiatry, Internal medicine, front office staff, security, and pharmacy staff was great to me whenever I enter the building! Love and bless them all!

Kaiser Permanente is a SCAM. They always change appointments. They cancel and reschedule without having any worry about thier customers. If you can avoid them, find yourself a better organization to help you with your Medical needs.

Really responsive staff, very accessible for multiple levels of technological access, nurse was personable and kind as well as knowledgeable.

Kaiser used to be good. Now they hire nurse practitioners instead of doctors. They decline health saving medications and deny referrals that the doctors they have say you need. I dont recommend this insurance company.

Unreal wait time considering having an appointment and being asked to show up 15 minutes early. Watched my name be shuffled around the board countless times over the hour I’ve sat in this waiting room. This has got to be the least organized place I’ve ever seen.
