Poor customer service went inside to order a sandwich asked for extra mayo they told me I couldn’t have extra mayo because it was a shortage and they wasn’t allowed to give out extra mayoWhich I came the other day and I asked for extra mayo and they gave it to meI left and didn’t order at allI will never come back to Jersey mikes due to poor customer service and lack of knowledge

I ordered a cheese steak without onions, green peppers and the cook still disregarded my wishes and it took them approximately 30+ minutes to make the sandwich?? This location sucks‼️

As I entered Jersey Mike, the sandwich curator was busy making a sub. So I decided to observe the facility, which was clean and the display of the meat's were also presentable Nonetheless,I waited around for about 5 minutes then left since I was short on time. Hopefully, they'll be fully staff the next time, so I can actually review my meal vs the lackluster service that I received during my visit. Another thing that is noteworthy--this establishment is located inside a plaza, therefore there's plenty free parking. So kudos there, as parking can be so stressful.

Just nasty and unsanitary conditions Perrier on today I went inside a Firehouse Sub to order me a sandwich as I was waiting in line the cashier was having trouble with the printer Superior one of her co-workers came over to look at the printer with her he had his gloves on touching the printer the printer was real nasty and Dusty like or whatever like that so then he went back once he finished working on the printer and fixing a sandwich with the glove same gloves on that he been touching the nasty printer oh my goodness no I walked out you're not going to touch my food or fix my food not change your gloves and you've been touching a nasty printer management please look at training your employees on proper sanitation and good health conditions for all customers

This has to be one is the most poorly run Jersey Mike's I've ever been to and this isn't the first time I've been here. I gave it another chance thinking it would be different with new staff, but nope! I'm in the process of ordering two subs and waiting to other the other two as the employee is working at a snail pace so after the first two were semi prepped they tell me I need to go back in line and wait to order the other two !?!? That makes no sense to me. The employee tells me the people behind me who have not ordered are now before me? Make it make sense. Mike himself in Jersey would not approve is this behavior. I hate to leave bad reviews, but the logic here doesn't add up. STRAIGHT GARBAGE EMPLOYEES.

I eat here all the time cause I work right next to it. Even when you do an online order your food is never ready. The are inadequately staffed at peak hours and lunch hours. Nothing has change. This location needs help on how to properly staff a location and to be staffed during your peak hours. I don't leave reviews but hoping someone sees them and help out these good employees.

Today Friday October 27, 2023 I placed an order on DoorDash at 12:51pm…so my order I wasn’t supposed to be delivered no later than 1:25pm at the most..I had 3 different dashers assigned to this 1 order, because Jersey Mike ‘s at this location (Tucker) not (Chamblee Tucker)…just Tucker failed to mention that my order was not received on their end, so I called this location 3 times and no response, so now I’m waiting along with my 3rd dasher for this 1 sandwich , for almost over an hour… and also when I clicked on Jersey Mike’s they clearly let you know the store that your order is being sent to, before you even placed your order.. so yes unacceptable.

I was responsible for picking up a large catering order for our company and was highly impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Kim had a great attitude and went above and beyond traditional customer service. I was so shocked at how quickly she got the order together and how organized everything was. She labeled everyone’s items. Getting great customer service is rare nowadays, Kim did an amazing job!!!!!

Second time coming to this Jersey Mike’s location and this time was a disappointment! Arrived and it wasn’t busy but the staff was SLOW motion. There were 3 people working. 1 woman with blonde locs who decided to hold a conversation with a doordash/Uber/grub hub food pick up person. I’m not sure which company he represented but she wanted to know how much he made doing his job. Lady, GOOGLE is free! Tiktok is FREE! Yet she decided to engage in a conversation while customers were waiting. We all want extra cash but lady research things on your OFF days! Finally she walks over to the grill to make our orders. She had 3 number 16 orders. Mine and a separate order with two subs on the tab! She’s literally taking her time to put the food on the grill. No since of urgency as the line grew longer! She finally finishes our orders. I knew she didn’t do mine correctly because she wasn’t focused. I pay and check my sub before I leave. Just as I suspected, she did my order wrong! No Mayo and there were sweet peppers when I clearly said banana peppers NO sweet peppers. I look at my order to make sure he wrote it down. And boom there it is + Mayo -SP! Sp = Sweet peppers! I go back to the register and tell them they got it wrong! Instead of blondie apologizing after the dude who took my order wrote it down correctly. She goes “ It wasn’t on there” ugghhhhhhh I despise a liar! Yes it was! Then she says I didn’t see it! So she tells the other worker “ oh that’s why I tell you to write things out.” Lady! Take accountability! There’s no blame game in teamwork! Bcos while you were running your mouth he was holding it down trying to service the customers! And I’m not sure how long she’s been in food service but most ppl know the lingo on orders. He shouldn’t have to write them out. She came across as the Mgr being as though she told the one employee not to forget to clock out. So if she is the Mgr and you plan to reply. Read this review twice and all of the other reviews! So that your service can be on point! We give grace to those who working and of course wait times can vary. However I watched you like a hawk and you dragged ya feet! I don’t like lazy workers. And if you aren’t a lazy worker perhaps I caught you on a lazy day! Nonetheless I had to pick through my sandwich to take off things I told them not to put on. And didn’t enjoy my meal. This complaint isn’t about the two guys working. It’s a about the lady with the blonde locs. Date Saturday, 9/9/2023 around 4ish.
