When preparer reviewed my documents at beginning of appt, she should have given me the cost it would be for service, instead she waited until she finished and then wanted to charge me $500!! When I told her I couldn’t afford that and that if she had told me that before she started, I would have known, she then said she would try and get me a discount. WILL NOT be using their services again a s will make sure I spread the word!!!!
