Unfortunate revision: Great Cost & scalp treatment however styling & customer service have been sub par both times. My teen daughter consistently gets something she didnt ask for... and have been banned from returning due to our honest reviewEdit. Thank you for the reply. As a point of clarity; my daughter was not asked if she liked the style, I was not offered a solution or resolution when I politely expressed concern upon pick up. My daughter is a teenager and Id assume that a simple two strand twist would not require my supervision or "guidance". Her service began at 945 and ended at 2:15 so staying definitely would have been more exacerbating. Currently her aunt is retwisting the style since no resolution was offered when I expressed my concern. I gave a 3star review and a 20%tip because my mother is a retired cosmetologist and I suppprt black women businesses. In the future, I recommend truly accepting constructive criticism and offering a customer an opportunity to fix your error rather than leaving a justification in the reply.I wish this establishment the best and hope for improvement moving forward since I've been informed we are no longer welcome after leaving a honest review.

I love that the stylist did my hair the way I requested. That was the first time she did my hair, if memory serher name was Shade, I normally have Sylvia do my hair, but I think that day, she wasn't able to, which was completely fine with me.

Great experience! Easy online scheduling, fast service, and very reasonable pricing. I was in and out in about 1 hour for a wash, dry, silk press and a trim.Can't wait to come back!

So I’ve been going here for a while now, probably around two years and today will be my last day ever going. I’m always very nice and polite to Sylvia and the rest of the staff, but they truly don’t care about your hair. My hair was burnt off while being colored black, and the year prior I asked them to color my hair blonde and it broke off as well. I should have learned my lesson, but I understand bleach can be very harsh on hair; so I let it go and returned again. It’s always very rushed in the salon from the aggressive and quite painful blow drying that snatched out the edges of my hair and my sisters hair, to quick press out. The price is amazing but the quality of work has gone down over the past two years. I really hope the salon takes this as a wake up call to change things up and not argue with me like I saw on other reviews with different dissatisfied clients.Service: Hair coloring

My hair was cool. I was in and out. I didn’t like that I was passed around. This was my first time coming. I went for Sylvia I thought it was going to be a bonding experience(I’m trying to find a new hair dresser) she got me outta there. I was in her chair for 17mins.
