Darien was helpful, knowledgeable, calm, and kind.He did a thorough job and wasn't pushy but did offer to help with more needed service so after the oil change I asked him to change the transmission fluid as well.Grease Monkey concept is smart .I appreciate being able to stay in the vehicle and not share germs with others.Also I know I can come back for fluid checks and the maintenance is always taken care of.Thank you for an easy stress free visit that was very professional.

My car battery died while getting my oil change...it was four years old. They gave me a jump.Always professional, detailed oriented, and use checklists and systems to make sure that nothing is missed and all are safe.Best men in the business!

We have been taking our 2018 SUV to Tucker Grease Monkey for 1year now. Oil changes, brake pads and a rotor replaced, plus fluids refilled. It is always a pleasure--- they are efficient and pleasant, and explain what's happening. It is so nice to be able to simply drive in at my convenience without an appointment and get excellent service. Thank you Grease Monkey mechanics!

My technician Darreun was great. He explained everything he was doing, which fluids he had topped up and even showed me the dipstick after he changed the oil. He was very personable and efficient.

11-27-2023Darian took excellent care in changing my oil in my car today My car is an older model and he answered all my questions. James balanced the air pressure in my tires. Darian and James were friendly and kind. They provided excellent customer service. if you want to save your money PLEASE don’t take your car here i took my car here about 2 times only to find out they are removing the oil caps and loosening them to make you come back in less time, i work from home i don’t drive my car much 2 weeks later after a oil change here my light came back on, took it elsewhere and was advised my oil cap was removed purposely, DONT COME HERE DO NOT RECOMMEND

The service techs at the Grease Monkey location on Hugh Howell Rd, Tucker, Ga, were friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. In addition to providing a quick oil change, they checked a few other things on my car, reminded me that one of my headlights was out, and replaced that bulb.They also gave me a printout with a list of routine maintenance services I should consider having done within the next few months, but did not try to pressure me into making any future appointments with them.I highly recommend Grease Monkey for an oil change and minor maintenance work!
