I was recently a member they said they had a software change and needed to enter my card again but it wouldn't be charged. I was charged twice and I contacted customer service. They said they would give me discount for the next 3 months. I just found out today they cancelled my account no refund or warning.

I have 2 memberships on 2 different cars because this used to be a great spot. Ever since they changed hands, the service has been really bad, to the point I'm not going to renew my memberships. I'd rather go to Mr. Clean. Tell why I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come turn the machine on when they've been open for an hour.... I was the only person waiting to go through... Unacceptable.

I was super happy with the services when I had them. This one star review is based on the fact that they keep telling me month after month that my subscription is cancelled however I keep getting charged and cannot get ahold of them. I even drove back up there to cancel and they said it was canceled.

I have had a membership at Gloss for almost 4 years now. I pass numerous car wash facilities to come here. The service that Diana (and her team) provides is the main reason for my continued membership. She is an amazing customer service , detailed manager who is a pleasure to work with. In this day and age of lost customer service, Diana is a refreshing presence. Gloss is fortunate to have her!

quality has gone down the toilet since opening. I’m fine with the few dollar price increase for the base wash, but hardly any dirt got off my car. For reference I had washed it 2 weeks prior so the dirt was not caked on. I showed my receipt and told my concerns to the attendant and he said they don’t do rewashes on base washes and I would need to purchase another wash. Inside of building looked abandoned. Will not be returning.

Consistently good place for an affordable wash. Every so often the machine mistakes my small sedan for a truck and the spinning, fabric, drying machine at the end, doesn't come all the way down to my hood or trunk in the back. But it's fine bc they usually have towels to dry what gets missed right near the vacuums.
