Could barely hear the woman on the phone despite being on speaker at the highest volume. She can't seem to get the correct spelling of my name, and instead starts asking for all my other information because she "can't find my information" then she puts me on hold when I ask her why she can't find it, then hangs up on me. Now she's sending my calls to voicemail. I've had some bad experiences with emory, but this tops it.

I’ve getting treatments 2x/wk for past 3 months at the Tucker location. I’m a cancer patient and have been fortunate enough to work with Marisa, who has special training in this area. All of the staff, and esp Marissa, have been a dream to work with. Marisa has kept the PT interesting with different activities, while gently pushing me. I’ve had PT numerous times over the years in ATL, and Marissa, and this location are the best by far!

Recently I completed six weeks of therapy for a strained hamstring and swollen leg. Brendon Chan, my physical therapist, was excellent and he provided guidance for me to continue my recovery and prevent future injury. I strongly recommend him and the Tucker Center. The Center was easy to reach and close parking always was available. Every appointment started on time! The receptionists and other staff were efficient and friendly. The facility was clean and well-equipped. What more could I want?

This entire team was enormously helpful! Each therapist is highly talented and provides a unique rehab experience. This location was a great choice for me. Scheduling was also convenient.

Marissa was my PT at the Tucker location. After evaluating my tendon issue with me, we worked for 5 weeks to heal them. The specifics exercises and therapy she set up worked miracles fir my pain. I felt immediate relief after she recommended heel lifts, something were amazing! This is my second time at this location, and I will return any time I need help rehabilitating my body.

The Emory Rehab Outpatient Center in Tucker is a friendly and welcoming place. I've been especially impressed with Ty Esham, the occupational therapist for my broken wrist. She combines knowledge, empathy and humor, so our sessions are enjoyable, I'm motivated to do the homework, and I'm rapidly recovering.

My Physical Therapist, Brendon, is awesome. He tailors my exercises to how I'm feeling on a particular day. I always feel better after my session.

These people are absolute crooks. Stay far far away unless you enjoy being scammed for thousands of dollars. The staff are liars and cheats they dont pay attention to the client. They are busy instead talking about whose parties they are going to, who is wearing what, and which facilities pay better and treat them better. Not a single person has reached out to address our concerns. The management is nonexistent. And they charge $85 for a piece of paper with 3 stretches that can be found on Youtube.

So far, my experience has been excellent. The staff are attentive and knowlegeable. I discovered that I had a herniated disk (L3-L4 lumbar) spine. Initially, I was in significant pain during any activity. Now I can do stairs and my walking continues to improve. I appreciate the way the team involves me in the process and their attention to details when it comes to my appointment and experiences.
