“I dropped by today with a computer upon which I had spilled water and it’s no longer charging. The technician looked it over very carefully and did some research online and informed me that any attempt to repair it would probably make things worse and for all practical purposes, it would be better for me simply to get a new computer. I was not charged for the opinion and I’m impressed that rather than take my money to try and fix a problem, the technician was straight up with me.”
