What can I say? Wow Tonya Heffner with EasyStreet Realty is the best of the best. From the moment I was connected with her last year 2023 she was great. Even though we wasn't ready to purchase a home last year, Tonya never stopped sending me house listings. I mean this woman of God was faithful! She listened to me, understood me and my desires for what I wanted in a new home. Even when doubt would creep in, she was never unwavering in her faith and she always believed everything and I mean everything would work out. And guess what y'all? Everything indeed worked out. We are first time homeowners and the entire process was beautiful. Tonya didn't allow me to settle! She reminded me of what I said I wanted. I prayed that God yes God Jesus Christ connected me with the right people. And HE did just that. Tonya Heffner was one of the "right persons". Everything worked out in Our Favour. My realtor and I tried to work with Byron so my family could rent a home. Byron repeatedly showed a lack of professionalism including but not limited to: not responding to calls or texts from us OR our realtor, standing us up for our 1st scheduled private home viewing, and taking our money for an application and not telling us our application status until after we saw the listing was taken down online (which was more than 2 weeks later, and we only received a response for our application status after leaving a review on BBB about his terrible service). We tried to jump through the many hoops and barriers that came with working with Byron. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, especially in an industry where the customers' circumstances are traditionally stressful. At the very LEAST, clear and direct communication could have prevented a lot of these problems. My realtor was very upset with how Byron treated us and her job to the point that she no longer wanted to go with us to the public viewing (which happened after our 2nd scheduled private home viewing and after we had already submitted an application for the property). I would warn against anyone looking to work with Byron and his team as your time, money, and personhood will not be valued or respected, and you will be ghosted. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I worked with Byron and he is a very competent, capable broker. He takes time with his clients and treats them like family. He knows that his business, referrals and new business relationships depend on strict professionalism.I came down from Michigan to Georgia to buy my home. Byron was GOD-appointed and when I was ready to sell 3 years later Byron procured a “cash deal” for me…. nothing better than that I would say. I would use him again and again. I am a retired real estate agent.

I would never ever refer this company to anyone!! I had the worse experience when purchasing my home. My realtor/broker did nothing but tell lies after lies!! It was all about making that sell!!

I made an offer on a home. After the inspection the seller refused to do any repairs. I cancelled the deal immediately but the agent and broker tried to push me into deal, and when I refused the broker gave my ******* $ deposit to the seller because he was upset that I didn't go through with the that I didn't want. We made an appointment with Byron Weston to look at some houses in the ATL area. We made arraignments to drive down from Charlotte to Atlanta on a Friday and Byron spent all day Saturday avoiding our phone calls. He eventually told us that it would not be worth his time to meet with us because we would not be buying for a couple of months. He refused for compensate us for the hotel room we rented in preparation for meeting with him…Byron Weston…what a guy..smh
