Walked up to register with two cashiers. Girl cashier walked off for fives minutes while I waited in line. A different girl came to cash me out as I was able to leave the items and exit, then the girl popped back up as a lady got in line. First and last visit to this location.

Lost my hat because an employee swooped it up. Also tried to use my scorecard at checkout and he just made me a random new account. I know the employees are just doing their job but my experience here ruined my day and wasted a few hours of it.

I went in a couple of days ago to buy a pack of hiking socks. At checkout there were 2 very slow and undertrained cashiers and 1 that was more efficient. However, the efficient guy (I didn’t get his name) got pulled away to handle multiple other tasks (door dash, in store pick ups, etc…) leaving the line to the mercy of the slower cashiers. One of the cashiers left a sensor on a hat and I watched over the next 10 minutes as both cashiers and 2 more associates attempted to remove the sensor, to no success while the line backed up more and more. When the more efficient guy was done with his other tasks he also went over and removed the sensor. Anyways, my point being, everyone was inept except for the 1 efficient guy. He deserves a raise as he was obviously doing the job of 3 people.

There were a ton of people shopping for shoes on the day we went to get my son some shoes. I was thinking it would take forever, but Najee was so efficient. My 11 year old even commented, “he’s a really hard worker.” We were so impressed that we waited around after finding the perfect size to get his name so that we could mention it in the review.

Hi, I’m leaving a 1 star review because my customer service experience was bad today. Initially I was so excited to come in to pick up my pink yeti! There were 2 women chatting and after a minute one of the women said can I help you. The women seemed to be a manager. I said yes I’m here to pick up an order. She said okay she will help you over there. The women started to help me and she was talking to me from the other register. She was asking me details. I felt like she could have just help me. She asked the one helping me did you ask for her ID! I felt ignored, never was greeted and nothing was said when I left.

They used to be a really decent company. In recent years the fall off has been evident. Their military program and the coupons/promotions are generally a scam. Very sad could have been stayed a good business.

Attempted to get cleats today. None of the cleats had prices and none were available to try on at will. You had to scan the nonexistent bar code in order to request the shoe be brought out to you. There was one employee to assist 10 people. There were no price tags.

I placed an order online for pickup that was shown to be in stock. I received an email saying they were out of stock. The item was available in multiple colors, so I tried contacting customer service to see if any others were available.After being left on hold for 20 minutes, I finally drove to the store to look for myself. Low and behold, there sat the exact same thing I had ordered to start with.There were no sales floor associates anywhere to be found. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in line for a cashier. There were only 3 and the queue was 40 people deep.The cashiers were doing there best and I give them credit.

This is for the remodeled shoe section, at the tucker location. It is the worst. You now have to get assistance to try on shoes. Doesn't sound bad right? You would be mistaken! There are no directions on what to do. Their computer system is inconsistent and broken. There are not enough seats to try on shoes. Most of the time you are just waiting, standing around, giving awkward stares at other people totally done with this process. I go here often and will now look for shoes elsewhere. Go to roadrunner sports for a better personalized experience or go to Academysports for a normal shoes shopping experience.....This is not the place to go anymore.
