The team here is efficient and straightforward. It was a simple process to get my tire fixed and the wait was not very long. The waiting area is also clean and spacious.

Huge shout out to this shop! Hamilton, Ramon, Ethan, and Aniosh are the best. This is my second time coming in for a flat tire.(you have to love the screws in Atlanta) Both times I’ve come in, they have done their best to take care of me, explain what’s wrong in a way I understand, and recommend what’s going to be the best for the longevity of my car. Hamilton, always has a pleasant attitude, and takes his time to listen to what’s going on. Ethan, my service tech, has patched up my tire this time, and realigned my car so she is driving so good!
I will definitely be back, but hopefully to replace a bald tire and not a flat one.

Came in for a slow leak in my tire and they fixed it in 10 minutes at a reasonable cost. I’ll be back here for any tire / car issues.

This was truly the best experience I ever received. Shayla, the Asst. Manager, scheduled my appt and followed up with me to assure me of my appointment. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. Upon my arrival, Hamilton was awaiting my arrival, he got me in and out. He was very thorough with explaining my services. Overall, this location has SUPERIOR customer service and I recommend the quality products and services provided.

Great customer service. Quick appointment with our tire in stock. In and out with flat replacement in under 30 minutes. Hamilton was very helpful and courteous from the initial call to our checkout. Better than Lavista location.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop the second I walked in this shop. All the way from the front of the house where I was greeted with nothing but smiles & warm energy, to the back of the house where my vehicle was getting new shoes. The manager Hamilton made sure my vehicle was taken care of and I had all the knowledge on what I was purchasing. Not to mention the integrity of each employee was chefs kiss ? especially Debo! Seeing the manager truly care about his customers as well as his employees was a breath of fresh air. I won’t use another company to take care of my vehicle. Dekalb Tire has a customer for life in me.
