Dr. Courtney and her vet tech were absolutely caring, complete, and professional. I felt at ease. They knew the love and concern for my pet was special and important. We have established care with another pet and also had terrific service with him. I trust DeKalb animal hospital for any concern.

Vet costs scare me! Not only was Dekalb Animal Hospital reasonably priced, but the first exam fee is waived for new patients. The staff was extremely kind, putting both me and my dog at ease. They also talked me through my options without pressuring me to pay for more than was needed. I was very impressed!

The people there are so awesome and so nice and care about every animal that comes through their place instead of places like Tucker Animal Hospital. They treat everyone there like they are running a business. Especially the doctors. Will never go back there again.

Seriously, this facility has some of the best veterinary care ever. I switched my vet care to DAH 3 years ago, and in that short window of time, they've done more for my senior black lab than her previous vet ever did.

I have been going to DeKalb Animal Hospital since 2018, and take my two miniature dachshunds, Siegfried & Gretchen there. The staff is always friendly & happy to see my two fur babies. They treat them like they are their own. When my boy dog, Siegfried, had a back issue they quickly referred us to UGA where he had back surgery and made a full recovery ❤️? from his back surgery-doxies are prone to IVDD, which is related to back/spinal issues. I always appreciate the care and love my animals are given when I go for their annual wellness appointments or the tech visits for their anal glands expressing. All vets costs money, but I believe you get what you pay for. I would definitely refer the DeKalb Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for awesome care/treatment of their pets.

The people seem pretty good, but the entire vet is smothered in fabreeze. I have severe allergies and my tabby cat has severe asthma and allergies. Unfortunately because of their use of scents we cannot go into the building. I went to pick up an inhaler the other day, spent less than 3 mins and had a migraine for the remainder of the day. If this is what happens to me, what is it doing to our pets that cannot say something?

We have been taking our fur babies here for a good while now. The staff and vets are wonderful and caring. We always get the best for our fur babies here. I find them even better after the new management.
