This place is horrible. I will not recommend anyone to go to this practice. Their bedside manner is zero. They have no professionalism, and their medical knowledge is very poor. they are incapable of even writing a proper doctors letter. This is according to a letter they wrote for me to take to a government agency, and was told it is very poorly written, upon taking it back to them. They did not know how to document the letter. Bloodwork was done And there were red flags that required immediate medical attention No one called me with My results I had to call repeatedly to get my results and then was told I can go on the site to read my results. REALLY?! Save yourself! Go to the next!

This place is Horrible! The wait time is ridiculous! The front office and back office staff do not communicate with one another well. No one seems to have any knowledge of how the office is run and procedures. My mother had blood work done, and no one called us to inform of us of the results. The front office says its the patients responsibility to call the provider about lab results. There were certain things in the lab results that were elevated and needed medical attention right away. If we didn't take matters into our own hands, what would have happened?! All the provider cares about is a payment!

This is a wonderful family practice. Staff and doctor are professional. Place is clean and I feel me and my family's concerns are heard and met. Very pleased!

Dr. Harrington was pleasantly respectful, caring and concerned when she saw my 12-year-old daughter for a sick visit. As a parent with a sick child, I was able to bring my child in the same day and receive the type of care that makes a parent feel comfortable and confident with using this office as a primary health care provider.

Never coming here again! I was told they were in network with my insurance, so I did one new patient and a telehealth call to go over bloodwork results and paid my co-pay. There was a month long back and forth between me and this doctors office due to them giving me the wrong medication than what I told them I was on. I called and the receptionist said "The doctors not going to keep writing this presciption" as if the prescription was written correctly in the first place and as if I was annoying her. If my prescription was right I wouldn't have to call!Then outta nowhere I get a $600 dollar bill that I have been calling this office about since September. I have been getting the run around of "we'll call your insurance and call you back" for days. I spoke to the office manager named Myer on Tuesday, who said he would call me back (and didn't). Here it is Thursday, and a young lady just told me she will call my insurance and call me back which I know isn't true because I have been told this for months straight. Save yourself the time and stress and go elsewhere.

The office staff, nurse, and doctor were very personable, laid back, and friendly. Dr. Rosiland Harrington and the staff attended to all of my concerns. It was a very nice experience. I am well pleased.

I really love this office. Very comprehensive care. The entire staff is amazing. Stephanie, Jordan and Dr. Harrington. I have never felt more cared about from my primary care team. Can't recommend them enough.

It’s nice to have a Doctor that doesn’t look at you like just a number but they’re personable, understanding, and attentive. Very nice and quiet facility that gets their patients back on time.
