Was looking to purchase lumber and have it cut. Phone salesman said did not do that. As I thought we were conversing and was explaining that customer service use to be priority and all lumber companies use to do that and more, he cut me off. This is the world in which we now live. Nothing for everything.

Went to Cofer Bros after the big orange store messed up a small order and their pro desk couldn't figure it out. The guys here were super friendly and knowledgeable, and followed through on everything they said they'd do. Also got my (correct) materials in hand in a matter of days vs. the several weeks the big box store wanted. It seems like they're primarily set up to deal with big orders for contractors and such, but as a homeowner just looking for some repair materials they still took care of me and never made me feel like my tiny order was a hassle or less important than the commercial guys.

My experience in ordering a front door wasn't a very good one. The staff aren't interested in providing customer service. I get better customer service at a gas station. I won't be ordering anything else here.

Today I was in a difficult situation trying to deal with a door to accommodate a new bathroom remodel and a contractor. All the staff from the front office, to building #5, to leaving the property were top notch. I was treated with tremendous generosity and professionalism. It all made me cry in a good way because I was so stressed out and they handled it with kindness. A special shout out to Daron, Chip, and the guys in building 5! Thank you!!
