“My experience at Sugarloaf Mills Mall on December 18, 2023 is one I'll never forget! I'm not always a review writing girl but if I had a phenomenal experience somewhere, I need to let Yelp know about it! My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! Service so good, I almost asked for her schedule just to make sure I only come when she's there lol! Thank you, Naydeli!! (Pronounced exactly the way it's spelled, get it right!).”

“I went to get new fajas and the lady was very helpful. I'm still transitioning to a smaller waistline and it's difficult for me to properly measure exactly what size I need. The internet can only do but so much and can be frustrating to have to keep returning garments. When I arrived at the store and shared my dilemma, the customer service rep let me try on two sizes and I was able to determine which one fits best. I even got a special gift just for shopping there. “Tom James is the “gold” standard when it comes to custom clothiers!! They will do everything to make sure you are happy with your purchase - even returning if the piece needs to be altered. I especially love my stylist/tailor - Shayan Peacock who is always styling! I look forward to our appointments and the new styles and fabrics she has personally selected for me!
