Front office lady who answered the phone is a complete B. Hanged on the phone before letting me finish. If you are a local business looking to try to partner with this location go ahead and look for something else. They do not allow program to help students better their lives through new methods at all.

I called to inquire about bringing my child to this facility and before I could even get a tour scheduled my child was discriminated against because of his anxiety. The director continued to keep telling me over and over again that my child would be of disturbance to the facility when she doesn’t even know him. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

We moved our child here last year after realizing our previous child care was struggling to provide. The move was the best thing we could have done for our child's growth, but also for our sanity. We highly recommend CAON to anyone that needs child care!

Spoke with Lauren to find information about the daycare program. The call started well but quickly started feeling as if Lauren did not want to answer questions and the questions asked were bothering her. As a note, this is our first child and first ever conversation with any daycares. When I asked about the enrollment process, it made it seem as they pick and choose who they want as students not able to provide information about a waitlist or when we would get notification that we got in. Not the service you want as the first impression. Mostly this being the first call to a daycare for our first child.Disappointing!

We have loved CAON from the moment we started in January 2020. Before moving there, my daughter had spent her first year at a much cheaper place where the teachers have hearts of gold, but they were stretched too thin for the toddler age rooms. CAON is middle of the road pricing and they take such good care of our children. I can tell my girls are learning and thriving. My 2.5 year old comes out skipping with joy telling me all about her teachers, friends, and the things they did that day. My one year old is having a harder time adjusting but they are patient with her and us as we navigate daycare with a baby born in isolation at the height of the pandemic. I also love that they handle the menu because planning snacks and lunch absolutely drained my energy. We took a break March 2020-July 2021 to keep the kids at home and I’m so happy to have my girls back there. We were thrilled to see that most of the teachers who had been there in Jan 2020 were still there also. I truly do not understand the negative reviews, though I do see most of them are a year or more old, so I wanted to share a more recent experience that I think reflects how joyful it has been for us. Yes, communication can lag, but never when it’s urgent. And I’ve found that to be an issue with anyone I talk to who has kids at a daycare center. These folks are stretched to the max caring for our children and wearing lots of hats, so I try to extend grace with email lag time and call if I really need something. They always answer.

Our soon to be 3yr old daughter has been with CAON for 8 months and we are really pleased with the center. Ms Lauren is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Her teachers Ms Nicole and Ms Lashonda are great and clearly care about our daughter. They are also easy to communicate with and readily share daily progress updates.

We started taking our daughter to CAON when she was an infant to the time she was 2.5 years old, which is when we moved and were no longer able to take her to CAON. However, I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff, from Lauren down to the rest of the staff, have always been so attentive and sweet. There were a few other locations closer to our home but we decided CAON fit the bill the best. They have the right sized class rooms to get your child the attention the deserve. They have plenty of activities, they are fed well, they keep things clean, CAON has done a wonderful job of keeping the kids and parents and staff safe during COVID (protocols continue to this day still), the pickup and dropoff are easy, and they offer an app for your phone with daily updates. We owe a lot to CAON for doing such a wonderful job taking care of and teaching our child. If you're considering daycares in this area, I strongly recommend you checkout Children's Academy of Northlake!

Received a call regarding a job interview today and my niece was upset in the background I stepped out of the room and immediately the person who called me could barely remain professional before trying to scold me for answering my phone in a classroom. Like first of all you don’t know where I am when you called me. Second of all it’s not your place to assume thank god I already interviewed and accepted a job offer elsewhere. Clearly acting off of assumptions and you need help I wonder why. Beware applicants!!

We’ve been part of CAON for over 4 years with two kids from the infant room through Pre-K. Lauren and Taylor and all the teachers and staff have been amazing. My younger one looks forward to “school” at his toddler 2 class everyday. We moved from the area and then looked at some other schools but decided to stay because of the openness of their classrooms, nice shaded playground and all the extracurricular activities like music, recitals and performances, field trips to the library, pumpkin patch, berry patch, and summer water play, holiday activities like egg hunt and Halloween at the senior center.

My daughter started a couple weeks ago and instantly developed relationships with the teachers and feels very comfortable there. Miss Lashonda is so lovely and has a great connection with my daughter.

They wouldn't let me have a tour on the same day me and my child arrived. It's like they have something to hide.

Children's Academy - Northlake was the first school for our 2.5 year old outside of the home. Each and every person at the school really put an effort into assimilating our child into a full day of care and she has really bloomed into a strong and independent little girl. It is evident each day that she has learned something new and is excited about school, her friends, and her teachers. The staff is truly wonderful. I highly recommend CAON. We have had a very positive experience.

I absolutely love Children's Academy of Northlake. Having had a variety of experiences in various childcare facilities, I am very appreciative of the environment at CAON. The staff collaborates well and welcomes children and parents into the CAON family. The beauty of CAON's design is that many of the staff have been there for years and have taught multiple siblings from the same family. Both the administrative staff and the teachers go a long way to connect with the families on a personal level. You never feel like a number here and the staff genuinely care about the children-their wellbeing and academic growth. Extra care is given to providing differentiated instruction to ensure children are supported. I am especially appreciative of Ms. Lauren's high standards and dedication to children.

Before the change in staff, as there ha been many changes, I had a great experience. The director and her management style currently is atrocious! My child cries everyday and Lauren the manager does not even seem to like kids! Additionally, the staff is unhappy and unprofessional in front of the children☹️New management is needed!!!!!
