The staff at this Chevron location is VERY RUDE. The customer service is awful. They are talking on the phone instead of focusing on the customer. Typing in the wrong amount for gas. They drop the receipt on the counter instead of giving the receipt to the customer.
I make it my mission never to go to this Chevron but I was low on gas. I do not recommend anyone to patronize this Chevron location. They do appreciate your business. Two thumbs down.

I have lived in this area for 3 years and frequent this chevron at least once a week. In the past I've had a pleasant experience and the cashier has been polite. About a month ago I had a really bad experience with the young man behind the counter when I asked for a receipt. He literally threw it in my direction. I swore after that time I would never go back but I was in the area today stopped to get gas and unfortunately the same cashier was behind the counter and again was extremely rude. I plan to find out who owns this station and lodge a complaint.

The high rating is based on one of the employees. I need to catch his name.. this is the station right around the corner from where we live, and I'll often take my son in to get his favorite snack.. Doritos. The gentleman that I see almost every time, no matter the time of day, has started to recognize us and will ask my son (a toddler) how he's doing and engage him. The last time we were there, my son left one of his toy trucks in the counter and the employee left a line of customers for just a moment to rush out and return it to him before we took off. Simple acts of kindness go a long way in today's world. That said, gas prices have been holding out as the same prices as other local stations for a while, but can often be a few pennies more expensive. If you have time and want to save every penny you can, you might want to try the QT on Lawrenceville Hwy. I've never seen the prices extreme, though.

This Chevron gas station is one of the easier hop-in and hop-out location, located just next to Interstate 285 of exit 37 on Lavista Road, Tucker, Georgia. They are too pricey on gas. The outside pumps are very old, but still in working condition. The digital numbers are halfway, can't see them properly. Most of the times, no receipt at the pumps, need to go inside to get one. Inside the store it looks neat and clean. The cashier was polite and nice. They have a signs for car wash and emission checks, but as of now none those services available. This place is open 24/7.

The first 2 pumps didn't work (both accepted my credit card, allowed me to select the fuel grade but then did nothing when you pulled the pump handle). There was no sign saying they were out of order and at 6:15am they were closed?! Not acceptable when there are so many other stations around.

Stop by to fill up my tank and use the restroom. There was no paper in the restroom and the worker told me they are not going to put any in there. Tells me the owner told him not to. Tells me customers are using too much and putting too much in toilet....next

Stopped by this shop because a light came on in my car. They told me that my alternator was bad and it would be a $639 repair fee. I soon learned that this price was about $300 too high (after speaking with 4 other people who acutually work on cars). I asked them to put the tire back on and Id go elsewhere, they told me that I needed to pay $225 for the mechanice to place everything back on. He then told me that he had quoted me the wrong price for the alternator and that the price of the one I needed was actually $100 cheaper and that (all of a sudden) my new total is $539. If you are a single women who knows nothing about cars, this place is not recommended. They see you a mile away and are fully prepared to rip you a new one. It cost me $539 to learn the hard way! Lesson learned. Single women BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
