Does not have great customer service. They rather you have to use ATM then help you and if you do not want to They make you wait. Hire people who what to work and provide good service

I attempted to cash a check from a corporation that uses Chase. The attendant told me, because I didn’t have an account with Chase, they couldn’t cash the check and I could only deposit it at my bank. I’ve never heard of such and am almost certain she made up this policy. The check did not indicate, for deposit only, and was properly endorsed.

This is my personal bank , I opened at this branch. majority staff knows me well and are great., I come here often.So I lose my walet . I got a new license id I had with me. They wouldn’t take care of me still bc I didn’t have another form of identification with me. Some Chase use Apple Pay to verify their debit cards but this one didn’t even have that. Although I needed something importantly done and wasn’t able to access my own money w my id that still suits me 100% . All bc of a new employee taking care of me ???????? now they Cause me more money on late fees. Definitely upsetting.

I went in to make a withdrawal with hopes to have a teller assist me with my withdrawal only to be pushed towards the ATM machine and insisted that I used the ATM machine. I was told the ATM machine would allow you to withdraw 3,000. If I had wanted to use the ATM I could have used the one outside the building.

Bad service, I went there this morning because they kept calling me. I have 2 business credit cards with them. They call me to open business checking and saving account with them. I decide to try out. Go there with deposited money $5000 with $2000 of 1$ bill with each 20 of 100$ ... no line they take 25 minute to count money and deposited only 4004$ and don't want to deposited another $1000 of 1$ bill (lazy to count) and they try to ask me upgrade account. I am very disappointed because they unsuccessful my business and take time to wrong with not done thing I want to do. Unprofessional worker also the lady manager tell them to not count me another $1000.... How you try to call me so many time to open account with you with u professional service ... that why I keep my business account at Bank of America ...
