Worst place to buy anything, employees there don't care, they talk to you in rude manner and always low-ball you, especially that Hispanic girl that have long 5inch nails is just unprofessional ...note: don't make deals with her.

It's new guy on this lactation so arrogant unfortunately they this have their names display ... So I could Just a lady with nose pearcing and a dude that don't even greets you upon entering the store other lady was nice. But so rude It's the third time I come here after a few months but it seem they just don't want to do any sales their answer makes you want stay quite,,, item are already price it's on the tag... Item coming soon say their not for sale.. even those dates show different ... But still not for sale.. so why are they for display... All those items are not for sale don't even take time to walk up to you and look or show more interest . Not coming back to this location..

If I could give this place no stars I would. The Assistant Manager is rude and very condescending. It's already an uncomfortable place to be in to have to pawn your items. To be spoken to in a time of need like your a peasant is unacceptable. They are rude and don't properly explain the terms of these loans. It should absolutely be the last solution. Please do not go to this location! You will regret your decision. Lord knows I did.

I WENT TO CASH AMERICA ON 4/5 IT WAS ALMOST 5:30. AS MY WIFE AND I WERE STANDING IN LINE RODRICK ALOWED ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS BEHIND US COME TO THE COUNTER. I IGNORED IT. WHEN IT WAS MY TURN I SHOWED HIM TWO PICTURES OF A $800 ITEM AND TOLD HIM ITS IN THE CAR, BEFORE I COULD FINISH MY NEXT SENTENCE. WHICH WOULD'VE BEEN.CAN SOMEONE COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT? HE CUTS ME IN MID SENTENCE "I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH PICS AND WE ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE THATS TRYING TO SELL A PRESSURE WASHER JUST GO OUTSIDE SHE'LL LOOK AT" SO I SAID YEA I KNOW HOW IT GOES. AND WENT OUTSIDE. AND THEY DECIDE TO LOCK THE DOOR ON ME.. I ASKED IF I COULD COME BACK IN AND SHE SAID NO, RODRICK TOLD HER TO OPEN THE DOOR AND I ASKED FOR THE NUMBER TO COPERATE. AND RODRICK REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME I HAD TO GET IT OFF THE WALL.

This was my third time visiting a Cash America and I must say I thought the first 2 times was coincidence but they are very over priced with their jewelry when I expressed my "sticker shock " it was interpreted as agression. So I guess the manager noticed and offered me a 20 percent discount. Don't think I will be shopping there anymore, I think the price tactic is undermining to people who are not privy to the gold market, a lot of pawn shops and jewelry stores mark up there prices just so you can barter with there customers when knowing they over priced there merchandise just in case you don't know any better. I knew better and it was interpreted as agression and not sticker shock...just be careful and remember things are marked up for a reason.

Absolutely the worst location in the entire state of Georgia, I've been here numerous times and have dealt with other locations, but the staff in this location does not care about customer service or the attitude they put out, I walked in trying to sell some rigid brand power tools and they did not even try to make me an offer, I feel bad for the owner of this establishment because it's not his fault, but I am telling everyone I know to never ever even think about going to this place unless they want to feel humiliated and get treated like garbage
