I called and Sam had to call me back. He even texted the address and my appointment was flexible which I humbly appreciate. “I had a fender bender and took my car to Tri-Circle Auto Center. Austin, Glen and family did a FANTASTIC job on my repairs! They were a little busy - most good shops are - but they worked me in.1. They were finished on time, but then noticed a small crack.2. They called to let me know about the issue and gave me some options.3. They told me, "We should have caught it, so we'll cover the extra bit." (Who does that anymore?!?)4. “Leaving a review on behalf of my mother who as she ages I’m always afraid she will be taken advantage of but I trust her with Brian’s.She had a dent in her hood. She went to Brian’s as every other body shop was closed on a Saturday. She was treated kindly to the point where an employee came in to work all the way from his house to solve her issue. And it was inexpensive. These days, it’s hard to find great and kind service so I want to always acknowledge it wherever it exists. Thank you all so much for treating my mother so well. God willing, I won’t ever need work to the body of my car but if I do, I know where to go.”

I, like most of you reading this, also do not have a long history of good relationships with car body shops from the past.I am so glad that my insurance recommended me to CarStar. I was treated like royalty the entire way through my process and they were very communicative along the way. My car is an electric and I'm quite sure that most shops haven't worked on it before. I received my car back in brand new condition. “I never leave reviews but this place was so amazing. This can be a very stressful process and the team here was very pleasant to work with every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. They emailed, texted and left voicemails about every step to make sure that I was informed as things were progressing. They managed communication with my insurance company so I didn't have be a go-between. And the Enterprise Rental car office is just below their office. Dropping my car off, getting a rental, returning the rental and picking my car up, was a completely seamless process. I will never go anywhere else for body work. If they cost more than another place, the service and convenience is worth the price difference. Oh...and my car looks better than brand new!”

I just went to pick up a new mirror from Ace today and while the whole thing was very clear and bright, there was a small chip out of the back. They immediately offered to re make it, free of charge. “I needed someone to replace my bumper after a fender bender—Harley Collisions was able to see me last-minute! All of their staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, AND they finished my car two days earlier than they projected! I had no idea that they were going to, but I noticed that it seemed like they did a nice little clean of the floors/carpets of my car as well. They were also flexible with me in coordinating my car's pick-up after hours. Incredible experience and I can't recommend enough!”

“This company is, hands down, the BEST in Atlanta. I found this place after another local company did not come through with the promises of replacing my rear window after some clown broke into my car. I waited for a response from this guy, he only read my messages after promising he'd get the window my car needed.Needless to say, I did a Google search in desperation for a replacement. I saw Auto Glass World, but they only had 3 reviews and they were all good. So, I took a chance and called. I was professionally greeted by a pleasant voice. The customer service representative, Tamara, is very knowledgeable on glass for cars. She has tons of experience, and was very efficient with scheduling.The next day, the window technician, Nick, was on it! He found my car in a sea of cars where I work, texted me when he was there and completed the replacement in under an hour. He then let me know when he completed the work.I am very pleased with the overall service and care this company gave! “I had great service today from Gilbert and I’m so grateful! In early August we ordered glass tops for two new tables. The lady took our order but had no idea when it would be done. I called back a month later, early September, and the same lady said she had our order but had no idea still when it might be done. I called back today, another full month later, expecting to just cancel my order but this time Gilbert answered. He could not have been nicer. He called back mid day today to say my order was ready and I picked it up. He apologized for the lack of response. I’m so grateful.”

“I bought my car brand new last June and had my accident in December. Life has been hectic and I wasn’t able to get it repaired till now. I worked with Joe the GEICO adjuster and he was extremely nice and gave me my needed updates. Classic Collision did an AMAZING job!! They said they would have my car for 16 days but it was completed in 10. My car looks the exact same when I first bought it!!!
