My car was rear-ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing both front and rear damage and was returned to me looking almost like a brand new car. “Leaving a review on behalf of my mother who as she ages I’m always afraid she will be taken advantage of but I trust her with Brian’s.She had a dent in her hood. She went to Brian’s as every other body shop was closed on a Saturday. She was treated kindly to the point where an employee came in to work all the way from his house to solve her issue. And it was inexpensive. These days, it’s hard to find great and kind service so I want to always acknowledge it wherever it exists. Thank you all so much for treating my mother so well. “I had great service today from Gilbert and I’m so grateful! In early August we ordered glass tops for two new tables. The lady took our order but had no idea when it would be done. I called back a month later, early September, and the same lady said she had our order but had no idea still when it might be done. I called back today, another full month later, expecting to just cancel my order but this time Gilbert answered. He could not have been nicer. He called back mid day today to say my order was ready and I picked it up. He apologized for the lack of response. I’m so grateful.”

“Great work tinting all of the windows of my new 2024 Toyota Tundra. The work was completed in about an hour or so and was very good quality. They walked me through different types of firms and the benefits of tinted windows. I've immediately noticed the less of heat before vs after the firms were applied.Besides vehicle window tint, they also tint residential/commercial windows, which I'm going to use for my home. Will definitely come back for any future needs.”

“I had a fender bender and took my car to Tri-Circle Auto Center. Austin, Glen and family did a FANTASTIC job on my repairs! They were a little busy - most good shops are - but they worked me in.1. They were finished on time, but then noticed a small crack.2. They called to let me know about the issue and gave me some options.3. They told me, "We should have caught it, so we'll cover the extra bit." (Who does that anymore?!?)4. They got me my car back better than before!Absolutely would recommend - in fact, I just did recommend them to a friend, which is what prompted me to write this review. “I needed someone to replace my bumper after a fender bender—Harley Collisions was able to see me last-minute! All of their staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, AND they finished my car two days earlier than they projected! I had no idea that they were going to, but I noticed that it seemed like they did a nice little clean of the floors/carpets of my car as well. They were also flexible with me in coordinating my car's pick-up after hours. Incredible experience and I can't recommend enough!”

“This company is, hands down, the BEST in Atlanta. I found this place after another local company did not come through with the promises of replacing my rear window after some clown broke into my car. I waited for a response from this guy, he only read my messages after promising he'd get the window my car needed.Needless to say, I did a Google search in desperation for a replacement. I saw Auto Glass World, but they only had 3 reviews and they were all good. So, I took a chance and called. I was professionally greeted by a pleasant voice. The customer service representative, Tamara, is very knowledgeable on glass for cars. She has tons of experience, and was very efficient with scheduling.The next day, the window technician, Nick, was on it! He found my car in a sea of cars where I work, texted me when he was there and completed the replacement in under an hour.
