Go somewhere else please. I've bought over $35k stuff from here and the rep who made my account i think his name is Abriz is super arrogant and gives weird looks and acts like he is giving stuff for free. super rude and you feel uncomfortable. There are better wholesales in the same street. Not going here anymore and will close all 4 of my smoke sho account! Wish i can give 0 stars.

Try other Wholesale.First, the reason why they leave warnings that your vehicle may be robbed outside is because it is a known issue that has been happening and they do nothing about it. Speaking with other people who have used cali they will at least send you a video of the car being robbed, but suspiciously cut off the video before the robbers drive off(meaning they robbed multiple people in a single run and don't want the video sent). If you plan on doing cash, consider yourself a target.Second, Their daughter company Xhale City receives far more discounts from their parent company(obviously). competitors are subsidizing their stores.Third, They sell over wholesale. Once again, prices you pay are over wholesale help subsidize any cost over Xhale City.Fourth, They are not helpful in the least when opening your store. They will literally lie to you about their partnerships, what they will do for you, discounts they will promise you(that still don't reach general wholesale pricing), and make promises about how they can help give you information about products but just hand you a cart and say just get anything after having discussions with them.There are several other wholesalers you can reach out to. Unique Wholesale, SBK International, Star Importers, and even Gandhi Wholesale(or Trident Wholesale).I made the mistake of making an initial order with them. Unless I absolutely have to, I won't ever make another order with them. They have wasted DAYS of my time and not only offered little to no help, but after they said they could help. You can go to whole sellers that may not offer help, but at least they aren't wasting your valuable time.We try to be competitive in our markets. But Cali isn't going to allow you to be competitive against them. Do yourself a favor, be competitive against them.Anyone who says they have good prices has never been to another wholesale.

Just had this place committ fraud with my credit card, beware of this place of business. I have never done business with this company but somehow someone obtained my credit card information. They have already been reported. Maybe at one point they were a reputable company, but no more!!!

Trying to find a new wholesaler for vapes for the store, called, got the pretty music for 3 secs and had the phone slammed in my ear.
