“Went to Cofer Bros after the big orange store messed up a small order and their pro desk couldn't figure it out. The guys here were super friendly and knowledgeable, and followed through on everything they said they'd do. Also got my (correct) materials in hand in a matter of days vs. the several weeks the big box store wanted. It seems like they're primarily set up to deal with big orders for contractors and such, but as a homeowner just looking for some repair materials they still took care of me and never made me feel like my tiny order was a hassle or less important than the commercial guys.”

“Best of the Best!!! Everyone knows Preffered has the absolute best prices in town but let me tell you how well they service their customers. Victor is on standby 24-7 to handle any and every concern, need, question... whatever you may need. I called him once and he was in the delivery room at the hospital, he answered his phone while his wife was giving birth!!! Who does that??? This guy is always available to help his customers. The big box boys could take a lesson in service from Victor. The rest of the team is always on point as well, every time we walk into the shop we are welcomed with friendly smiles and a very warm welcoming vibe, feels like family. Paul and his team have not only the best selection, but best prices and the best service hands down!!! Call Victor if you want a taste of the best service in town! If you are buying your roofing material anywhere else you are over paying and settling for sub-par service.”
