Rich was great. He is fully mobile at the moment so he texted me to confirm the appointment and get my address the day before. Then on the day he texted me ahead of time letting me know his previous appointment was running behind and he would be 15 min late which wasn’t a problem. My car was a mess, and he even found a bit of mold in the door which he cleaned out without an extra charge. He offered to go get a cabin air filter and change it for us too! Customer service was above and beyond. The price was great, it was even less than what I was expecting to pay. My car looks and smells amazing. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I need a detail in the future.

I went there on a Saturday. Place is hard to find. Called up the guy. He said he was out working on another vehicle and that he would call me back in an hour. I return home and wait for over 2 hours and call him back. No answer. Call him twice more and the last time leave a voicemail asking if Monday noon is a good time to come. No response at all. My wife said "Maybe he does not need our business".

Had an appt for 11 & he never responded. He then text me & said he would come after his client @2pm ??? What was the point in making an apt for 11 ? Then I waited until 2 & HE STILL NEVER SHOWED ! This is a child stuck in a man’s body . DONT GO TO HIM

Horrible customer service and communication from Richard. I had to chase him down to confirm my appointment and then the day of he ended up never showing. NO CALL NO SHOW -- SMH. Very disappointed, do not choose this business!

Richard and his son were extremely nice and friendly. They came to my home and got to work detailing our cars immediately. They brought everything they needed, so my wife and I didn't have to do a thing. They finished, knocked, and walked us through everything. Our cars looked and smelled amazing. I know we will be using them again in the future. I can't recommend them enough. Great work and amazingly friendly.

Booked an appt, showed up and no one here. Had to call and was told he couldn't do it. Drove all this way and should have at least called ahead of time to let me know

Made an appointment (which they approved) and no one was there. I left a note with my phone number and never even heard back even weeks later. Horrible customer service and super disappointed. I was really trying to find someone good + local to Tucker and this clearly was not the business. Would give zero stars.
