Each time I called I was immediately placed on hold for longer than 10 minutes. After 3 attempts, more than an hour later, I finally got through to someone who allowed me to ask one single question. I called to verify if my battery was still under warranty. After pulling up my folio, I could hear the young lady consulting with her coworker who flat out told her it wasn't. She relayed that information to me. I asked a follow-up question after being given a definitive "NO", to further verify the time frame for the package that I purchased. Without hesitation she confirmed I only had a 3 year window. Based on the information given, I moved forward with my day under the impression that I had no recourse with this facility. I purchased a brand new battery from a different vendor. Then paid additional costs for both diagnostics & labor to have a mechanic verify the source of the issue, remove the old battery, & install the new one. As soon as I looked at the non-working battery I picked up my phone. Originally via Firestone, I paid for a battery with a 5-year performance. Which was in fact still very much under warranty. As soon as I called back, the details the representative provided earlier that same day began to change. Now for the expired warranty turned current, replacement was only valid for the first 2 yrs, & the other 3 pro-rated. I'm no mathematician, but how does a business charge extra, to offer a guarantee for less than half the lifetime of a product? I spoke to the MOD who then informed me that miraculously I was given a whopping $15 credit, after spending $300+ out-of-pocket based on their misinformation. I told him based on detrimental reliance, I was owed the prorated amount I would have paid to have the battery replaced under warranty, which still was considerably less. He told me the store manager would follow up with me the following day. I had to call yet again, to speak with Ishmael late afternoon the next day. He hadn't even been briefed on the situation. This character was short, rude, & highly unprofessional. After cutting me off several times, & refusing my refund, he hung up the phone in my face. I called back to get the district manager's information which he also denied. He SHOULD NOT be in charge of running a store. After my interaction with him, it makes perfect sense why his staff are incompetent, lacking the proper training & knowledge to perform the most basic of deeds. Listening, reading, & responding with accuracy. Customer service wasn't just appalling, it was beyond NON-EXISTENT at this location.

Wait time (2 hours) told me before servicing my car was an exaggeration (inaccurate) as I was there much longer. Also, I paid for replacement of my old windshield with new ones and I specifically asked them upon completion and at the time of payment "did they replace them" and their answer was "yes" but they clearly were not replaced as new windshield wipers are supposed to be firm not soft like they are now.

I went to this particular shop to have my wheels aligned-checked/balance tires/ rotate wheels. I questioned why the alignment was completed first, then the tires balanced and no proof of rotation. I do not recommend this shop for wheel work. I Am a 'life-time' Alignment purchaser with Firestone Complete Auto works.

I am highly disappointed in the service that I received at the Tucker location. I arrived, telling the technician that my car drove weak and needed 3 jumps in order to get there. He supposedly tested my battery and told me that it was A OK and sent me on my way. My car continued to be weak and gave me just enough juice to get to the next car shop. Needless to say, my battery couldn't keep a charge and needed replacing even though it was only 6 months old from Firestone. When I returned to Firestone and informed the manager of the technician's indiscretion, he retested the battery and recognized the low charge. To remedy the issue, he decides to hand me a new battery AFTER my car had been repaired. I bought a bumb battery and Firestone or Bridgestone refused to help me.

I will be filing a complaint with the Better a Business Bureau. I just had a very upsetting experience. Not to mention an experience that could’ve caused injuries to myself and child. On Saturday January 5, 2019 I took my vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 2066 Northlake Pkwy Tucker, GA 30084.

What a effin' moron, I called to get a price on an wheel alignment. I asked whomever answered the phone that if they could install the camber nuts, during the alignment as I had already have the camber kit. First he asked what type of problem was I having, I replied informing him that I had just installed struts & shock all around the vehicle. He then proceeded to inform me that anytime those components are installed it will throw my alignment off, REALLY? why in the hell did you think I'm calling for? He then went on to explain that everybody wasn't aware of this, and also added that he would love to sell me a camber kit, WTF? I felt like I had landed on another planet or something! HA!
