Very disappointed with the service, was about to pick a 75" TV from store. The TV was cracked, no efforts were taken to replace it

Complete waste of time and utter disappointment , they try to sell you a broken tv in the name of open box and don’t have the courtesy to arrange for replacement.

Didn't have what I needed. It took too long to get access to a customer support person for information. Calling the store is even worse.

Let's do the drive-thru. My food was hot, the biscuits were soft and fluffy, and the meat was not overdone. I love it.

Just walked out again. 30+ minutes waiting on clueless non concerned staff try and find an in stock item. I should thank them for not letting me spend $$$ on a console I didn't really need anyway. Oh and the manager was just leaned up by the geek squad desk having fun gossiping while a line was waiting on no cashiers.

Called Best buy to ask if they change watch batteries. Yes we do was the response and no further clarification. I drive there and then the clueless reception tells me they don't. They ask geek squad and those clueless guys say they do not.. I leave the store and call them again, and the response is that geek squad does this.. you all need training or you need a brain

Disappointed. This is my 4th BestBuy outlet after Alpharetta, Cummings, and Sandy Springs. In all those 3 locations, there were some blue shirts to assist me quickly. I never waited more than 15 minutes as it happened at North Lake outlet. Did not expect at all - asked at least 3 blue shirts for assistance in purchasing a vacuum cleaner - but all three were saying in unison, " That's not my department. GO there someone will assist. " When I went near the vacuum cleaners area, one Blue Shirt person said I would be with you in 5 minutes. Mind you: the store was not at all crowded. Very few shoppers inside.
After waiting nearly 15 to 20 minutes- I opened the app, ordered the vacuum I wanted to buy, and selected home delivery the same day at an additional cost of $4+.
Why I should visit an outlet to order online and ship to my home? Is this the way to serve a TotalTech member? BestBuy, are you reading this?

Octavius in Geek Squad was amazing! I was having issues with my device and he explained they didn't cover my issue. However, he explained how to diagnose and correct the issue myself. I've never been to geek squad before, but his product knowledge and service makes me want to use your service going forward. I REALLY appreciated the help and I was impressed that EVERYONE in the line before me 3 people also left with smiles, too!
