Had the absolute best experience getting a Miata here. Huge selection to test drive and look at if your trying to find for your perfect car. Eric is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, was in contact with us through the whole process. Easy purchase and title came fast. Plus there’s a cute dog to pet while signing your papers.

Checked out a car and the description of the car doesn't match. The listing states not a scratch on it. Like new inside and out with 54,000 miles. That was posted 24 days. In person, the car has 56,000 after less than a month. There's a dent on the rim and a part of it is not attached. Including scratches on both side of the mirrors. The car is dirty on the inside like it has been used daily. The seller also wasn't engaging. He just let us check out the car.

we offered a cash price, and rather a negotiation discussion, he laughed in our faces, grabbed the keys, told us to look elsewhere, and walked away. he may as well have spit on us with that disrespect. i’m not sure who he thinks he is, but it is absolutely disgusting to treat people this way as if you’re better than them. from the very beginning, his customer service lacked. the car lot is full and i hope it stays that way. good things do not come to those who treat others poorly! if you’re looking for a place that negotiates fairly and has basic customer service skills, don’t waste your time. he told us that we wasted our time and he’s right!

I had been on the hunt for a 2nd gen turbo eclipse for a few years. I came across Eric’s listing and he did a wonderful job describing the car, its flaws and all. Given that I live up north it wasn’t feasible to see the car in person before deciding to purchase. Eric made the process of buying sight unseen very smooth. He was extremely honest, handled all of my questions (I’m detailed), even made a few videos at my request. This all made me feel confident in making a long distance purchase. Even more, Eric arranged shipping for me and I had the car in my garage within a few days. Great experience overall and I’d recommend if you are an enthusiast looking for a solid mid 90s sports car you can drive guilt free, you should really give Eric and Automotion a look.

We just bought a car from Automotion of Atlanta and couldn't be happier with our experience. Eric was exceptionally courteous and patient with our questions, went through the process with us like a friend, never made us feel like we were being sold to, and - most important of all - earned our trust. The car was inexpensive for a father-son project, yet we were treated better than a typical expensive car buying experience. I strongly recommend Automotion of Atlanta without reservation.

If you're looking for a stereotypical used car company with high pressure tactics, you'd better go elsewhere.These guys just focus on selling quality used cars, at a reasonable price. They know cars and work hard to buy and sell only those that have the best possible dependability potential.

When I called to inquire about a 2006 Tundra a man answered the phone. Unfortunately, he mumbled his name so I can’t provide it in this review. I asked if the truck is still available and if so could I put it on hold. This individual openly laughed at my question and provided to tell me the truck is having a ticking issue (an issue that wasn’t listed in the add). Once the laughter stopped I thanked him for laughing at my question and wished him luck on selling the vehicle. I hope this review shows the lack of professionalism and lack of respect that Automotion of Atlanta shows to potential customers. Time of call 10:12AM on 1/21/23. Thank you for reading.

Couldn’t be happier! There really should be another category than “Used Car Dealer.” These guys are definitely car enthusiasts who primarily find and sell specific makes and models. I had been hunting high and low for an excellent condition 5spd manual Honda Element and finally found it here.I knew I was spending a bit more than if I continued my search for several months. And I don’t regret it one bit!Dealing with Eric was unlike any car buying experience I’ve ever had. Super helpful, professional, took as much time as I needed to discuss things. Felt absolutely no pressure.If you are looking for a typical used car dealer and not very picky about what car you buy, there are plenty of other places to go. Chances are though, you found this place because you were looking for a specific vehicle. I am here to say you can buy with 100% confidence from these guys! And if you consider all of the common risks involved with used car buying (vs what this place delivers), their pricing is actually very appropriate. Highly recommend!

This dealership is fantastic! Eric was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, even offered to pick me up from the airport since I was flying in out-of-state to pick up the vehicle. If you're looking for clean, harder to find cars that are more enthusiast-oriented, this is the place to look! If I am ever in the market to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely be looking here first.
