We had our couch cushions re-stuffed - and they look amazing. They did exactly what I requested which was to create a slimmer profile back cushion. They are perfect and added some life to our old couch.

I am soooo very happy with my upholstery job. 5 Star Custom Upholstery did a fabulous job on my 40 year old Ethan Allen sofa and wing chairs! They did such a good job! Totally worth the trip up to Tucker to choose a fabric from their very large selection. They refinished the wood portion of the couch I had reupholstered and it looks perfect. They also picked up and delivered for $200 (I think) and I felt the price overall was quite reasonable for the quality of fabric, work, and service. For a couch and small stool, fabric, reupholstery and delivery I paid $2400.

5 Star has ignored any attempts to make a sofa cushion right. They brought it back on a Thanksgiving deadline, promising to redo cushion later if not pleased. They put two cushions together making a bench cushion. Now I’m told it’s beyond the guarantee. I was quoted and was willing to pay, even after paying over $800 initially…did not hear from them as promised. Better hope they get it right the first time; customer service is terrible.

They have reupholstered several sofas, chairs & ottomans and made custom cushions for us for several years. Even after our most recent move to Marietta, we had them pick up & reupholster our den furniture. Thanks for your outstanding communication, service & work! We love our reupholstered furniture more than we would new furniture!

Truly is deserving of five stars. We needed a to recover a 35 year old chair that was relegated to the basement. It was so comfortable that we did not want to get rid of it. I thought these guys were just going to make a cover to go over the chair. 5 Star did not just make a cover , they pulled apart the original, made a pattern from the old one, and made a completely new cover from it. They added new cushioning and zippers to match the new fabric. Chair is now back upstairs ready for another 35 years of use. Thanks!

5 Star Custom Upholstery did an excellent job updating the upholstery on our kitchen stools and a bench. They completed the job earlier than quoted. We will be using them again in the future!

For years I have wanted to have my mother's couch recovered and for Christmas my husband made that wish come true. The vintage couch looks like new yet the fabric chosen and the skilled upholstery retains the memories of years gone by. It is beautiful and comfortable. Words cannot convey the depth of my appreciation.

These folks did an amazing job recovering my chairs and ottoman. They matched the pattern perfectly and added buttons for contour to the back. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend!

They completely transformed a chair that had fully fallen apart. They did an amazing job and got the job done earlier than estimated. Prices were reasonable and everyone I spoke to was very nice. They also had a ton of fabric to choose from and were very helpful at finding fabric options that matched what I wanted.
