The employees there are top notch, with the exception of Steph! I came in and she was cleaning the coffee area, then a guy came in and she continued what she was doing without even looking at us or saying "be right with you". I got what I came in for, then asked her a question which she totally ignored so as I was leaving the counter I said "you're so friendly". Then she replied "excuse me?" so I repeated myself and left. There are too many nice people without jobs to have an old grouch working there! If she smiled her face would break!

I felt sorry for an old man in there today the woman behind the register was so mean to him I've seen that same women treat multiple people like that to she's just rude something needs to be done about her.

That fat women behind the counter named steph needs to be fired every time my husband has gone in there she is treating customers like trash and today she was so mean to this old man everyone in there was about to go off .... yall are gonna catch a law suit if she keeps on he's someone's grandpa I won't be surprised if someone walks in there and fights her she's got one more time to get smart with my husband to and I'll do it myself .. Murphy u need to get your employees in check before it ends badly!!!

I (used to) drive 20 miles to buy my cigarettes here. Have been for the past 6 months, been shopping at Murphy's for cigarettes for over 3 years. Every location I've frequented prior to this one has been EXCELLENT. I get to know the people by name, no issues. Here, I get I'd every time. No one at this location has any desire to learn you name or do anything above simply earn their paycheck. Not to say they are rude, but they aren't "friendly", either. No worries. But this weekend, I rode my motorcycle in and forgot my wallet in my other coat. No worries again I thought, I've bought from everyone that works there. They know me, my beard is grey, I'm in my 40's and it shows. So after riding 20 miles in the rain, the guy who has sold cigarettes to me multiple times says that he NEEDS my ID, it's policy. Seriously? Ask for my birthdate. YOU'VE SOLD ME CIGARETTES BEFORE, AND I'M CLEARLY NOT UNDER 21. Maybe these guys need to smoke less pot or something, I don't know. But I won't be driving all this way and spending my hard earned money here to be treated that way. No, I don't accept the "liability" argument here. Humans have the capacity for intelligence and memory for a reason. I will reserve my patronage for a company that operates in that fashion. That's okay though, because I found out that circle k down the road IS CHEAPER FOR CIGARETTES. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO THERE. What's better? I bought cigarettes from that location ONE TIME before they lowered their prices, AND THE GIRL REMEMBERED ME! I DIDN'T NEED MY ID!!!!!! After telling her what just happened she laughed and said "no offense, but you are clearly over 21". Thank you!!! None taken!! Take note Murphy USA, THAT'S WHAT I CALL QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Murphy lost a long term customer, but Circle k gained one. And, they're closer so I don't have to drive as far. Bonus! From now on, I'll wave as I drive by after shopping at Walmart, on my way to circle k.

I love the Murphy's App. Gas prices are the lowest and the app always shows you the closest one to you and the current price of gas there.
