Dropped dog off at around 9 am. Here it is almost 12:30 and they still have not finished with it. Poor business practice.

Great customer service, except when I brought my dog home I noticed red like burn marks on her side and stomach and she would not let me touch her. Not very happy. Will not be coming back.

They are very nice here but I have been there 2x now and both times my dog was not combed out thoroughly. You could look at her seeing tuffs of hair just ready to come out. Had they brushed her thoroughly you would not see this. Have never had that issue before.
