Staff extremely rude! After waiting in line several minutes before 7 pm (closing time), they turned the lights off and closed - WITH ME STANDING at the window! Will be moving prescriptions ASAP!

Slowest rudest people. Ridiculous how long the wait line is. 2 people working and only one doing the window. Been here 10 minutes and there are 7 people behind me.

Worst pharmacy experience every. My husband was suffering with the flu and went to pick up his medicine but they told him it wouldn't be ready till "maybe the following afternoon." Well, the next day he went and they had no record of his prescription and his symptoms got even worse. Do not get medicine from here.

Lazy staff . Asked pharmacy assistant to provide 8 free covid test available through my health insurance . She replied the tests are only $12.95 each and it would take her 20 mins to file paper work . Local pharmacy unacceptable service level .

Would rate a 0 if I could. Horrible customer service. Dr sent a Rx and 6 hrs later. Still not ready. And was told could be the next day before it was ready. And when I called to check if it was ready yet they were rude. I got another pharmacy to call and have it transferred and they put the phone down wouldn’t talk to them. Finally got it transferred to trenton pharmacy and was ready to pick up in 10 to 15 min. Do not use food city pharmacy in trenton.

Do not use this pharmacy!! They do not care about your health, your time, or overcharging you! Tried to blame me for filling the wrong medicine which my record clearly stated I don't take and would have messed up my therapeutic levels. Additionally made me make multiple trips and refused to honor the discount card I had used before with no problem.

Deserves 0 stars!!! Went to get my son who was just diagnosed with a form of epilepsy seizure medicine and they said it wouldn't be ready til 4 order coming in they are currently out or to low. Asked what I am supposed to do in the meantime cause my son needed it so she checked to see if they had enough to give me to get by til 4, and they had enough to fill the whole thing the new employee the day before didn't know what she was doing. Okay so I told her we will go eat lunch and come back. Told they would have it and the one I dropped off ready when I get back so when I get back they couldn't find my son's prescription for Keppra anywhere the lady filled it and she knew it was ready well after she filled it and was busy working on other things the cashier SOLD my sons medicine to someone else it was gone so it was sold to the wrong person. What kind of pharmacy would sell a medication to the wrong person. So someone out there has seizure medicine that don't need it. What kind of establishment is this!! Only good thing from it was the one lady who works there who was trying her best to help me but other then that it's a joke. Needless to say my son's medication will not be filled here again and I will probably move all of ours elsewhere when I can.
