“I was changing oil in my truck and after removing oil drain plug I realized I needed and new drain plug washer. I did not have a second vehicle available to drive to Advance to pick up this part. I called Advanced and Lewis answered the phone. He had waited on me earlier this day. I told him what I needed and the predicament I was in. Lewis was on lunch break and drove his personal vehicle to bring me the $2 part. This really got me out of a fix. Talking about customer service ! Thank you Lewis for going beyond expectations for your customers.”
