This my go to mechanic. They're always open to explain what the issue is, and have always been compassionate in the toughest situations. The whole team is also very transparent if an issue is outside of their wheelhouse and will recommend places to seek out instead. I have not only had no problems but have had the most excellent experience with them.

We were directed to Tires of Toccoa several years ago when our Toyota Sienna was in desperate need of tires. After a wonderful experience with Brandon and Mary Kathryn, who were honest and understood our financial situation (directing us to safe, reliable tires that matched our pocketbook), we have continued to have all of our vehicles serviced at Tires of Toccoa. We have also referred most of our friends and family to Tires of Toccoa without a single negative experience.
The last time I came in for an oil change on my Chevy Suburban, I asked Brandon to check my brake pads before we traveled out of town. Knowing the honesty of Brandon and his staff, I knew he would give me an honest assessment of our needs. Twice in the past several years, I have asked for this check and he responded both times truthfully with the fact my brake pads were completely fine with much life left which turned out to be a truthful assessment.
For this fact alone, I trust Tires of Toccoa with all my vehicles. Not only have they serviced our cars, we have had extensive work done including an engine replaced, many new sets of tires, tire rotations, replacement of an entire rear axle as well as normal car maintenances. Because of their care for our vehicles, we have been able to drive each one deep into the 200k miles and still with plenty of live left!
Tires of Toccoa is the best place in Northeast Georgia to have your car serviced, repaired, or to buy a new set of tires. I trust their work, their honesty and their desire to help each customer have a wonderful experience while quoting us fair, competitive prices!

Tires of Toccoa has been the go-to tire and brake shop for our household since 2019! The direct, honest, and kind communication provided from start to finish is so appreciated. Recently, our Toyota 4Runner nearly left us stranded, but thankfully - we were able to coast into Tires of Toccoa. Within 1 business day, these kind people and skilled mechanics replaced a bad coil, and cleared a ton of dust in the air filter… so happy to have our vehicle up and running again so quickly! Thankful to have this business in our town. Highly recommend!

This was the only place in toccoa I ever took my car to due to honesty and pricing but mostly the honesty. Ever since this new front desk guy started (Mark) my confidence has taken a trip south and sharply so. It stayed with a gut feeling that things weren't the same. Then each time I took my truck in I felt stronger and stronger that I was being lied to and scammed! But when this Mark guy tried to tell me that my less than a year old samsclub tires were worn to the threads their was no more question about it, because I knew what I knew and I knew for sure! He was scamming me! I wonder if anyone else has had any of these issues or just a gut feeling.
