If I could rate it a zero I would.....Do not and I repeat do not use the tire shop next to the high school!!! I went there 2 weeks ago. Got 2 tires on the front. My car has been shaking since!!! Took it back to them yesterday because it's really bad.... The man looked at it and said "oh there is nothing wrong with those tires. They are just fine. It's probably your back tires. You need back tires". Looked at them and basically made me feel crazy!!! I even said "sir, my tire feels like it's about to fly off. My steering wheel is shaking so bad I cant barely keep it straight !!!"
Took it to our normal tire shop ( they didn't have the tires in stock we needed at the time is the only reason we went somewhere else) the guy looked at it, drove it and showed me that. 1) the tires I was sold are over 10 years old! 2) the front driver tire is separating badly!!! Getting new tires now... But please do not go to the tire shop next to the high school!! I am not crazy. I was sold a bad tire and instead of just saying that it was a bad tire (that happens when used tires ) he didn't even care enough to say that and left my car in a very dangerous state.....
Went and took the bad tire back... The man is crazy!!! He told me that he only put 1 of my front tires on and not both which is a complete lie... So he said it's not his fault . when I told him I have the receipt he called me a liar saying he only did the passenger side tire. And he tried to tell that we have been there before and that I accused him of messing my car up before. I have NEVER even been there ever before and I will never go back!!! I feel very sorry for the young man that works there.

Sold me dry rotted tires that blew out after 2 weeks and charged me 125 for the 2 terrible tires. Goto world of tires in lavonia good pple always right.

I’ll definitely not recommend this place.They said one price and after he’s done he charge more. Also is something goes wrong, he doesn’t take responsibility!He said I had a broke valve and he had to replaced next day tire pressure light is on and before I when there I never had a leak on my tires or valve so he broke it charge me $50 more for the valve and now he said I need to buy tpms sensor that I need to go another place to get it fix.

Went to get a tire and to get one plugged showed me different sets told him I wanted the cheaper one. He fixed the tires and charged me $100. $20 to plug one and $80 for a tire he claimed was from a set that was $160 but I watched him pull the sticker off of a $60 tire and replace it with the sticker form the $160 set. Bunch of crooks been doing buisness, here for years but no more

I went there today. I didn’t check the tire before I bought it so I admit that’s my fault. After reading reviews I didn’t think they would be as dirty as they are. I bought a tire and paid at least 20$ more than anyone else charged but only they had my size and I didn’t want to drive to commerce. In hindsight, I should have. This tire will last me a couple weeks at the most. Why charge so much for bad tires? Grimey people. It’s gross and bad business. I hope they go out of business for the way they do things. Don’t buy tires here. It’s a waste of money.

I went to S&D on March 8, 2023 for a Mount and balance for my 2008 Honda Ridgeline, i had my two front tires removed and replaced. During the process the two mechanics working on my tires had issues getting a lugnut off, and broke the stud that the lugnut was attached to. The older gentleman who i presumed owned the place looked at me and stated “You’re going to have to go buy another stud and nut, good thing she’ll hold with 4. (With no offer to fix, or education to help me going forward). And sent me out the door. I honestly don’t have much auto mechanical knowledge so i wasnt aware of the safety issue it posed me until talked to someone who was knowledgeable in the field. I then went and purchased the required parts to fix the issue at autozone and called S&D the following day. I presented the situation/issue calm and respectfully and asked if i could come up to the shop with the parts and have them replace the stud. I was faced with a rude outburst of emotion from the older gentleman on the phone that had operated on my truck prior. He denied breaking the stud and stated the issue was my fault and hung up. Im not quite sure what position to hold in this situation; however, i am extremely displeased with the work this business has provided as well as the customer service in response. I hope this experience doesn’t define this shop in its entirety and wish you a better experience if you’re willing to partake in that chance.

Seems to be doing all they can with only two people there (at the time), but the lady in the office was very rude. Didn't acknowledge my knock, me speaking to her, or asking what I needed to do to get tires (she wasn't busy, just sitting there on her phone). I stood by the shop opening for 20 minutes waiting on someone to speak to. The man working on the cars stood there talking, looked at me multiple times but in the end walked away and didn't help me.

Gary doesn't give two flying Fux about ANYONE OR THEIR TIRES. As long as you have money at this establishment, you'll be sold a nightmare. Lord knows that it isn't a dream. This guy knows, that the tires in stock aren't any good, but will sell them to you a with a messed up, misaligned smile. Avoid this company by any means necessary.
