Canceled my membership. Kept charging me twice a month, refuse to fix it. I was paying for my membership and some how someone eles. Hope they enjoyed going for free.

When my husband and I were going regularly, we loved it! We were both getting in much better shape w/n just 2-3 months. It was always very clean and a great atmosphere!.. The employees were great, very friendly. Due to a few regular employees who worked a lot around the same times we could make it and how great they were w/ us every time we walked in, it felt like we were making a new lil gym family. My husband and I love the massage beds (can't remember the name but kinda like water massage beds). And I loved the tanning booths. Always a nice addition to our workouts. The only reason we are not still here started w/ covid taking us out for a while and then our work schedules changed to some crazy hours that don't leave much time together and/or w/fam together. When we are ready this will most definitely be the gym we come back too! Thanks for everything...to all the great employees at Planet fitness for making us feel at home when we were w/ y'all

My gym was in Commerce, GA. But I started getting notifications that I was visiting the Toccoa location. I notified both gyms and discussed with manager in Toccoa. Then I started getting notifications of visiting the Roswell location... Clearly someone obtained my account info - however, management was not concerned.
I canceled my membership. Somehow six months later, I am still receiving notifications of visiting the Toccoa gym! This is nuts. I wish they would resolve the issue and completely remove all of my info from their database!

Staff is friendly, machines are plentiful and in good working order, rarely crowded. I just wish that something would be done about people who sit on the machines and text or whatever. I understand that people often take a break between sets, but if the break is going to be long enough to have a lengthy text conversation, they should get off the machine so others can use it.
