I won't be going to back into O'Reilly's! I've worked for the company and have always been loyal to the company and felt some pride in having been in the auto parts business for many years! Wouldn't ever have the 1st thought of going into another auto parts store, but, after today, I don't plan to ever step foot in the Toccoa, Ga store, EVER AGAIN! If that's the best you can do, for an excuse for customer service, I'll just have to walk! This place is worse than I've ever seen, ANYWHERE!

Very pleased with service from staff of ladies who appear to be very knowledgeable and helpful with installation of new headlight bulbs that I apparently know nothing about! Highly recommend this location!
