I was overly excited when I was advised of an Ollie’s being within 30 miles of me because I wasn’t aware and I absolutely love the one in NC, upon visiting this specific location I was slightly disappointed at the fact that it was anything comparable to the others I have experienced with the inventory selection nor the prices unless they have went up at all locations which is a possibility I guess. I did purchase a few items that I had on my list but went to Walmart for others and spent way less. Customer Service was ok but could have been better they had one young lady on the register while 5 others waited in line for quite a while because the register and pin pad weren’t in sync.

I love Ollie's! Just recently got a beautiful rug for my living rm, huge, soft, really brightened the rm up. For a great price and the employee walked around w/ us w/ no hesitation to make sure that was definitely the rug we wanted as I was still looking at some others w/ great prices. He was very welcoming, patient, friendly and kind. He brought the rug to the counter and helped load it up w/ a smile on his face. I went back the next day and got a very comfortable blanket that matched the rug to throw over the couch for a great price and a new couch pillow. Always great service, friendly employees and great prices ? Already thinking about going back for some flooring as it is also pretty good pricing and very nice. Thank you Ollie's!..

Great items, staff was terrible, however. Super slow. Took almost 45 minutes to be checked out since only one lane was open and the cashier was moving like pond water. Additionally, she scanned two of my items twice, but when I noticed in the car it wasn't worth it to go back in and do the wait over again.

The store was clean and well organized. The cashier was helpful and courteous. There was one employee who ignored us when we tried to ask a question. The camp chairs are displayed on the vet to of the shelves. It looks good and is a good idea, but there was no price for them. We had to have the cashier call someone for assistance.
