Most consistent and friendly dealership and service department by far. I have done multiple services at Lake Hartwell Chevy on multiple vehicles. Even my father took his Ram there for major work and they took care of him. Fair pricing. Refreshing to have a service department that doesn’t try to oversell you. Have gone above and beyond multiple times. Even if they’re a little out of your way it’s worth the drive! Won’t be going anywhere else but Lake Hartwell.

Put a deposit on a vehicle a month before its arrival date only for it to be sold out from under us the day it arrived. Take your business else where very unprofessional environment.

By far the best Chevy store that I have done business with. They were straight forward with me. Did paperwork over the phone. Had my new vehicle ready and running when I pulled in. Took 20 min and I was out the door. Thanks To everyone involved. Lake Hartwell is my go to from now on!

We bought a 24 Colorado from Lake Hartwell Chevy, Jamie “GM” and Bobby Howell “Sales” could not have been better. They could teach class on Customer Service. If I ever want another Chevy, I will call them first. We live almost a hour away, but they are worth the trip!

Had issues with other ‘top rated’ Chevy dealers in the state (dealer screwed up on custom order of a vehicle then asked me to wait an additional 12 weeks and a price increase for a new one). Lake Hartwell Chevy’s team was quick, easy to work with, and found the exact vehicle I wanted within hours. Easiest car buying experience ever.
