I dropped a phone off to be shipped via UPS back to Verizon. Like an idiot I did not ask for a receipt because I assume not everyone is a lying thief. Not only did the phone never get to Verizon but it was never even scanned into UPS's system. The store manager refused to review her own system and basically yelled at me for calling them thieves until I was chased out of the store. She threateningly said go ahead and file a police report I know the police... Whatever that means. Her name is Sonya and she's the store manager. This place is a hole and it cost me $1,100. They will steal your stuff so get a receipt if you ship here.

Great experience. Stopped in for a hold over supply for my daughter on a trip to Helen. Pharmacist was prompt and cordial. The team seemed genuinely happy, which is sometimes hard to achieve in an environment that expects you to struggle. Kudos, pharmacy manger, to your team and the environment you foster. It’s evident
to me that you’re doing the right things.

I will be moving all of my prescriptions to Sanders drugs. They are much friendlier staff. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes trying to speak to an actual person only to be able to leave a voicemail. Was I agitated in my voicemail? Yes I was. I was agitated because I was in the middle of an asthma flare up and could not speak to a real person about getting my medication and when they sent me an online Link to do it that way it told me I had no prescriptions to refill which was not true. When I finally received the phone call back the pharmacy tech was short with me and extremely rude. Definitely not a way you want to act while working in healthcare. I've noticed that this isn't just the Toccoa CVS, it is universal for CVS in general. I have never had a positive experience at any CVS I have ever been to. As I said I will be switching all of my prescriptions to Sanders drugs, staff is always patient and polite and easy to get on the phone.

I purchased items in the store and did not use the pharmacy. Very poor customer service and rude cashier. I didn’t want to leave one star. Will not return.

Since when did they start closing at 6 pm Sunday? I showed up about 6:15 and the last getting in her car told me they were closed.

I had been with Walgreens for over 10 years. They stopped taking my insurance so I swapped to CVS and I’m so glad I did! The staff there is so friendly and the pharmacist with the long goatee is sooooo sweet and always helpful and makes sure I have everything I need and that I am always informed and doesn’t mind taking time out to explain things to me. I’m a new diabetic and he has really been helpful and makes me feel super confident in everything that has been prescribed to me. I am so grateful for him and CVS for having such a wonderful staff! This is my forever pharmacy now!!! Thank you guys!!!

Charged my husband $150 for his $10 prescription because the pharmacy staff was to incompetent to call Cigna and get the correct billing information. Did not offer him a refund or a retro active billing. Basically s.o.l. If you have any problems with your insurance at this store. Don’t expect to see the same staff from month to month and be prepared for the pharmacist to treat you like a drug addict if you take anything controlled.
