My mother went here to get her brakes fixed, and they did that fine. However, she also asked him to look at her tail lights (they haven't been working since an accident). He told her the price, and it was really high since you have to take it to the dealership, so we just didn't have it done. However, then she noticed that her radio and clock stopped working. Upon returning to Stan's, she asked if it was possible that he had knocked something loose and just asked if he could take a look at that part of the car. Apparently, he didn't like the question, because he literally blew up at her. "People think we're always knocking stuff loose, you can't accuse me, we fix cars, we don't knock things loose". Really, really rude. My mom was upset and she said, "Oh I'm not trying to be mean, I don't know anything about cars..." and he said, "Oh I know you don't know anything about cars". He refused to look at it, talked very, very rudely to her, and also got mad because it was 4 (even though they close at 6). We won't be coming back. He doesn't deserve any money from us. We've gotten things done at Stan's before, but he was a straight up j*** today.
