Customer service was good. But they have lied to me about their delivery, I have had no calls or even emails to explain why my couch and loves eat still are not delivered. The manager changed my delivery day to Thursday ( originally Saturday) they lady helping with the order said it would be Thursday or Friday before it was delivered. And we would get a call. I had to call today (friday) and now it might be sent out Saturday? No reason other than being over booked which was why the manager changed the day to Thursday from Saturday. I will be buying a uhual and getting my items myself since no one knows how to coordinate these things.

I guess everyones experience is different. I havn't got something I ordered in weeks and I had to continuously call up there to ask about it. Everytime I call it's a bad attitude and I'm lied to about them contacting me. Weeks go by and still nothing. I decided to get a refund on the items and I'm once again told I have to wait...meaning I will most likely have to call them back. I will not deal with them again.

I bought an $800 Ashley recliner here after having rotator cuff surgery so i could get some sleep at night.Theres no way to get comfortable and support your shoulder in a way that doesnt cause pain laying in a bed,even the orthopedic surgeon suggested a recliner for that purpose.I shopped all over Toccoa and settled on the name brand furniture and big chain store name thinking i couldnt go wrong.Four months after purchase im fully reclined and it breaks sending me backwards upside down on my head,i had to get myself up with only one arm,TRAIN OF PAIN!!!!.Ive called every week for six weeks getting the run around and a bunch of tales of a lone service man that travels from state to state doing their furniture repairs and how booked up he was.Lady tells me it will be the 18th before she can get up with the service man to have him call me about fixing my chair!!!!!!!save your money folks and possible injury after surgery.Go to South Carolina to any reputable furniture store!!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM BADCOCK AND THE CHEAPLY MADE SO CALLED NAME BRAND FURNISHINGS!!!!!!!!!

Will not get back in touch will you about anything you have to constantly keep calling them . Will not hold up their end of the warranty that you purchase . Will not buy anything else from this store

The Toccoa store has a super staff and even better Manager. Example, delivery price changed, I didn't get the memo, so I raised hell. The manager said since I was not aware of the delivery price increase he gave me the old price. The delivery price today on this order is outrageous. I love the store and the staff but if they keep raising their de;livery price I'll have to shop cheap furniture at one of the on line websites.

The worst service ever. I paid cash for a bedroom set and the 7th and here it is the 22 and I still HAVE NOTHING. Now their telling me it'll be here on the 23rd. If you want your purchase in a reasonable time frame shop else where.
