I really needed help this morning in the automotive center and found exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Dre'Shrunna was knowledgeable at her job and efficient in taking care of me and a few other customers at the same time. She made the difference and kept me on the road safely. Thank you Tifton Walmart!

This store has the worst management. Not only it looks like nobody cleans it, but also shopping carts are never available in store, I always have to return to parking lot to bring cart for myself. I think this is the only Walmart store that can’t figure out how to bring carts for customers from parking lot.

Auto team had my boyfriend wait 6 hours (2-8pm June 13th) only to give him an excuse to why they couldn't do an oil change. An old man ahead of him had been waiting 4 hours, and they also did not complete his services. They straight up laughed at me when I tried to queue my car for an oil change and refused me service. I plan on calling Monday to talk to a manager because am still angry about taking SIX HOURS out of my man's day, who by the way, is a mechanic and can do his own oil changes, but I had tried to convince him to use Wal Mart to try and beat the heat. Instead he lost almost his ENTIRE DAY OFF due to their incompetence!! He also confirmed the reason they gave him for not being able to do the oil change was false, and was able to complete it without any complications. HORRIBLY DISRESPECTFUL AND LAZY STAFF. We overheard them complaining about Wal Mart taking away their breaks so this was their way of retaliating?? Hoping to speak to a manager Monday. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Treated people of color with disdain, very unprofessional and lied about corporate policies in the money center. Have video sending it to corporate. Absolute worst oil change center I’ve ever been too also. Little to any respect for people’s time.
