My husband and I went in this morning to buy a few grills. We're having a large picnic with our company employees. No one was in the garden center. My husband went all the way up to the customer service counter and the woman said and I quote " We don't page here" my husband said OK well I need help in the garden center. Who do you suggest can help us. She said I have no idea. My husband asked for the store manager and what do you think they said he's in a meeting that's the thing with Walmart when you ask for a manager they're always directed to tell customers the manager is in a meeting and that's a lie. If I come back here at 5 o'clock and ask for him, he'll be in a meeting, go ahead try and call and ask for a manager. See what they tell you they're gonna say he's in a meeting it's always the way . Lack of service shit boycott Walmart. I'll now shop local or go to target or any other store but Walmart, the quality is lacking you have zero customer service. Your people are rude and they don't care because they know they'll be no ramifications because they were told when a person asked for manager you tell him he's in a meeting so there's no ramifications or repercussions for their actions and lack of work. You lost a big sale today Walmart, I'm at Home Depot and I was served immediately as I walked into the garden center. It took me about 10 minutes purchase those grills. I total of $950.

Better than my previous shop at another Walmart earlier in the day and that's not saying much as it's a low bar. In this store, I was able to immediately find what I needed - my Sprinter van had been invaded by sugar ants and I wanted ant spray - and get back up front to pay for it. A long queue at the Scan & Go stations for self-checkout and I was on my way. Less than 15 minutes in the store and that was plenty. [Review 20225 overall - 673 in Georgia - 1202 of 2023.]

The worst Walmart I've been to lately. They now ask for a review when checking out. When gave a rating of 3 stars if was not accepted and bumped it's self to a 5 star rating.

The Walmart in Tifton GA does not appear to have ANY functioning power scooters for handicapped shoppers. There are four broken ones sitting in the front of the store, have been there for months. My handicapped wife cannot use the store. Since I have developed sciatica, I cannot use the store without pain. It is also difficult to access the store because of dozens of pallets blocking aisles. This may not be a problem for ambulatory shoppers, but it is a problem for handicapped shoppers. I have been there twice now to purchase an item that must be brought up from the back of the store and purchased in the department. I have been there on two trips specifically to get that item, and have given up on both trips. Today, I got the attention of the one who works in the appropriate department. He says "Back in a second," and disappears. I waited with no place to sit until my leg started going numb, and had to leave. I would rather buy locally, but how? I just got back from Danville, IL, and the Walmart there is SO much better. Made me mad to realize that t is not a problem with the whole franchise, but that we just have a crappy Walmart in Tifton, where there is no place else to shop for certain items. In Tifton, we have to put up with a store that is clearly substandard and shows a severe lack of customer focus.

This Walmart is by far the worst Walmart in the state of Georgia. They do nothing to help you. And when the self checkout line is down or they are "only taking card" they only have one lane open for customers to use. Its ridiculous to be honest. I get it they are short of staff. But when you have 5 employees just standing around doing nothing you would think that a manager would put them on a cash register to check out customers. It's crazy. This one lady has to check out the entire store that is using cash

We recently placed an order for pickup, which is the best feature of Walmart. However, not until we arrived home did we realize we were given damaged cans. I thought I lucked out when the app said I could mark items damaged for a refund, however, I was forced to return them to customer service inside the store. Since I placed the order in the app for pickup, I would expect to be able to return the item the same way. The whole point of the pickup service is to eliminate the need of going inside the store. Returning the damaged items took over 30 minutes, which I should not have needed to do. I love the pickup service, but will definitely inspect every single item before the person walks away knowing they do not take the time to pick out quality items before placing them in my car. Walmart really should change their return policy for pickup orders.

I'm with the other guy. If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over an hour in the fabric department, had the employees to page for assistance 4 or 5 times, only for noone to ever come. This store missed a large sale of fabric due to us having no help whatsoever.

I want to give a shout out to JAMES! He was working Saturday night (answering the phone). I had been to another local WalMart store where the customer service stunk! (So bad will never go back). This young man went out of his way to help and answer ALL our questions. PLEASE everyone working at the store and visiting the store - ask for James and give him a pat on the back for me!

I would give zero stars if possible. The employees are always rude and never helpful. I've been waiting over an hour for an oil change and they lost someone else's car. This place is the definition of hell.
